Unfortunately, many in the black community will excuse what the tortfeasor did by saying it was a "derivative" crime, meaning arising out of "whitey's" suppression of the black people. Don't buy it. We have a permanent underclass (in every race) that needs to be dealt with severely. The parents of this so-and-so need to be outed for letting this demon seed run amok. Now if the ACLU would leave the Chief of Police alone as he tries to clean up downtown we would all be able to live a little bit better.

Maybe 7Eleven has now put real cameras up! That would be a very innovative way to help catch criminals who kill their employees. Maybe the Kumar family would not have had to wait this long if Mr. Kumar's employer had made that small investment.

wanglow seems you have just returned from jasper texas after draging more human beings behind your pick up truck by your comment. To all the Human beings on this blog - let the system do its job. Lets pray for both families. The young man who did this crime will HAVE to pay. This is NOT an issue of color. That child took the life of a Father, Husband, Friend, CoWorker he HAS to pay. Either with time in prison or death he HAS to pay. The wanglow type of thinking IS making all of us really wonder WHAT IS OUR WORLD COMING TO.

Our citizens have lost track of the clear path to a better society. We HAVE to take care of the children in dysfunctional or abusive families. The kids don't have a chance to be productive members of society if left in that type of environment. Until we decide to do that we will have generation after generation of animals like we see today. We have to break the cycle of raising criminals and give the children a chance. This is not a racial or economic issue but rather an issue of caring. It cost more to put adults in jail than to take care of children. We need to re-think what we are doing.
My condolences go out to the Kumar family and I hope this arrest will help you put some closure to this terrible incident.

I think this guy needs to swim with the fishes. It doesn't mater what happened to this piece of garbage while growing up. He grew up. he knows right from wrong. He knows shooting another person is a crime! Anyone that feels differently can go swim with him. Protect the children WHILE they are children. When one grows up and becomes a monster, we need to protect our children and send the monster to the fishes.

First of all, he is not a freakin child. He is vermin and deserves to be removed from this planet. He is SOULess and it has nothing to do with his race....I don't care about his family and what they are going through, his father should have been around to beat the tar out of him the minute he saw the kid had a criminal mind...but his father was not...so the "child" as you called him, turned into a man monster who cannot operate in this world
