Medical. This amount is like having a joint in the 70's. Drop it.

doesn't say whether he provided a 215 recommendation, so it's hard to say if it's medical or not; but either way i believe transportation is against the law if i'm not mistaken |

2 pounds per person per script. I think I would buy a bus and have 12 people in my bus. 24 pounds on my way to LA.

CHP's don't care whether you're an MMJ patient or not. If you have any pot in your car, it doesn't matter what the law says, they are going to bust you for poss & intent to sell. Even if you have your card and show it to them, they don't put the fact that you showed them your card in the arrest report. The CHP's do this in cahoots with Lintott just so she can tell the judge you're not entitled to an MMJ defense because you didn't show your card to the officer.
Also, the CHP's are profiling. If you are black, latino, or have long hair, you are going to stopped and searched. If you fit this profile and drive 101, carry some kind of a concealed tape recorder. When you get stopped, as soon as the officer comes up to your window and asks for your DL & POI, ask the office WHY he stopped you. If he mumbles or is vague (likely) ask him again so you get a clearly recorded answer to take to court with you because he is also going to lie about why he stopped you. |

Those kind of thoughts and words are what give people trying to be legal medicinal users a bad name. They are not ALL criminals. |
Very true. However, the CHP goes by the state standard - 8oz a patient, since they have jurisdiction across multiple counties. Also, even if you are a patient and with-in the guidelines (in other words 100% legal in CA) the police can still confiscate what you have, and cite you. You may not even have to go to court, but regardless if you are following the laws or not LEO's can and will mess with you if your a MMJ patient. |

Mendo police and often the chips will only accept the state issued card and not a script. The cops don't respect the 215 laws anyway. They make the arrest, the arrestee has to then spend tons of money on bail and lawyers. The state has to pay for prosecutors and jailers, just to have the case thrown out. A bis old fashioned circle jerk that really satisfies no one.
