actually you're wrong; even if the renter were evicted, the deposit is returned minus any documented charges for cleaning or damages, provided of course the rent was kept current.Hey, if Dick is renting to a grower, then snitches him off to cops, then technically the renter doesn't get his deposit back, right? He can be legally evicted for breaking the federal law.

I am sure Dick can find a little loophole, like, growing pot violated the lease = tenant broke lease = tenant forfeits deposit. could also mean tenant owes for remainder of rent. The ironic thing is that Dick won't get in trouble renting to the growers if he turns them in. you know, the landlord know nothing about it? Then rent again, snitch again, sell again, snitch, purchase house at seizure auction, sell again, etc and on and on. Typical and not suprising since Dick is the one with the snitch hotline. |

has anyone left complaints yet? I wonder how much dick selzer paid for the extra phone line.
|
The calls are coming in faster than we can keep up with. And your name keeps coming up. You have already been busted once, so you better pull up your extra plants before the Sheriffs deputy comes knockin on your door. How is your court case doing, anyway? |

And I haven't had a garden for 2 years. Looks like your hotline is gathering false information. |
Liar. An indoor garden is a garden. And you said on another post you have an indoor garden. But why are you polluting and wasting energy by growing indoors? You are exposing yourself and your husband tot he risk of toxic mold and fire. Can we believe anything you say? |

Snitch? Man, I understand why normal, non-impaired people call them DOPERS.
I must say, after reading numerous threads, and entertaining a few discussions with some of the greenbelt's finest (I am sure), it has become quite clear that the majority of the pro-pot DOPERS are a sad lot. Not sad, as in "boo-hoo". Sad as in miserable failures in life. Folks scrambling to protect their fortunes... just like the fascists in Washington, Sacramento and New York do, that these DOPERS criticize. Fact is... there is little difference between the high dollar fascists that run our country, and these poor white trash fascists that run our county, through their little dope enterprises. The only difference... the high dollar fascists DO PAY A LITTLE TAX, albeit little. |

Nope, no garden at my house for 2 years. garden is located somewhere else. Can't grow outdoors; I am in the city limits. Wish I could so I didn't have to worry about mold and fire. thanks for your concern. I voiced the same to the city counsel when they banned outdoor grows in the city limits. |

Desperate drug dealers looking for reasons to explain their own misfortunes. It is much easier to blame the "boogeyman"-du-jour, rather than own up to their own responsibilities. I have heard few druggies take responsibility for themselves. Ever. Don't know what the cause of this widespread phenomenon is, yet. But... I do suspect inbreeding depression is the culprit. |
|
I will sell your house for only 6% commission. I can have the funds sent directly to your defense attorney. Sorry to take advantage of the situation, but your loss is my gain.

Sounds like a good deal. He should charge 10%. The dope delaers can afford it. Expenses too. Why not? Dirty money is dirty, no matter who's pocket it ends up in, whether it be the DOPE GROWER that provides dope to children, or defense attorneys that these DOPE GROWERS depend on to bog down the justioe system in order to get their cases thrown out. Real estate agents deserve a cut of it. Hell, there are millions of dope dollars each year flooding through this county. Spread the wealth. I see a taxpayer rebate in the near future! |

Think of it... seized properties going on the market... and portions of the proceeds are returned to taxpayers. Great idea! Help offset the high cost of electricity we all pay, as a result of high demand caused by these DOPE GROWERS. I'd vote for it.

He runs the yes on b snitch hotline. He put himself there. |
You are a liar, reality chucker, or at least confused, because you said you had not had any garden for two years, then to try and prove another point, you referred to your indoor garden. A garden is a garden. You have said both that you currently have and do not have a garden. Both statements can't be true. You are a liar. |

You claim that the hotline has been receiving complaints about me. Not possible, since I don't have a garden at my home. You claim I do. You are the liar. If I have this garden at my house that you CLAIM I do, prove it. |

And yes, I do have a garden, but not at my house. It is away from my children, and has been for 2 years. You know, don't want CPS to come in and take them. It's called being responsible. |
|
I find it interesting one would be cultivating a harmful situation, move it to another location to be away from their children for the purpose of not losing those children when those same children see that parent coming and going to tend it, talk about it, smell of it and profit from it. I would think you would shelter those children completely by being an example. I believe that is more responsible. Parents living two lives creates confusion to children. Thus creates clouded thinking.

|
THank you for admitting you were not telling the truth when you said you did not have a garden. Due to the limitations of cyberspace I was not able to see your fingers crossed behind your back while you whispered "not at my house." |
