You missed the point again! There WAS a dispensary located 1/10 mile from Grace Hudson School (thats 528 feet) regulations or no, it was there....just another way to prove that MJ regs mean nothing to dopers, including the compassionate (yeah right) dispensaries. It WAS there, recently closed. My MAIN point was that neither a dispensary, Beer/wine vendor or bar belong that close to a school! It is interesting that there was no outrage about your dispensary but there is with alcohol....

ABC issued a five year moratorium because we exceed the state ratio.

The Sheriff needs to honor the moratorium!!! His job is to enforce the law, not exempt it.
