Well, now, there is proof that the no on b coalition is laced mith Lies, misconceptions, false innuendo and deception.
CONGRATULATIONS No on B Coalition, you forced Tom Allman to choose the Yes on B side because you tried todeceive the public with your little flyer, hoping people wouldn/t read the fine print.

Keep your propoganda coming fools, you are to stoned to keep it truthful and honest.

Then there is Live and Let Live.... You stated that you sued Prop B and tried to get a TRO. Are you the long lost son of James Kinder? If you want to "Live and let Live" why not let the peoples voice be heard instead of suing us out of OUR say? I know, I know you only allow freedom of speech if it concurs with your own greed filled agenda. You are an I D I O T !!!

He is talking about the slick, glossy, outside money, outside consultant flyer that falsely claims that Measure B will deny medicine to sick and dieing patients.

It also falsely implied that Allman endorsed No on B. Because of the many Big Lies of the anti-bees, even Tom Allman has been forced to choose between the Big Lies of the the anti-bees or the simple logic of putting Mendocino County in line with the state limits for medical marijuana, which work just fine for all the patients in 50 other counties in California.

No other County allows as much marijuana to be grown and harvested by one "patient" as in Mendocino County. That is why all the commercial growers, like the anti-bee spammers on this forum, have all moved here. Vote "YES" on Measure B to stop the greedy commercial growers.

Since I haven't gotten mine yet, I just called No on B to see what all the hubbub was about.

Laura's take on this was that the Sheriff stands by his quote, and changed from neutrality because YOU PEOPLE have been accusing him of having 'taken a side'(even though the flyer says he is neutral.

So if he stands by the quote, and has still taken a stand for B, I'd have to say he's a peculiar politician at best.

I'm guessing he just wanted to stop you people from antagonizing him.

You really are a bunch of pests, yano.

And you haven't addressed any of the five basic lies that I've listed already from the Measure B camp.

To recap:

There aren't any prosecutions for medical marijuana card fraud you can point out.

There aren't any prosecutions for any growers of twenty-five or less plants for diverting anything, or spilling anything.

There aren't any prosecutions for people selling to kids from clinics.

All you really have is people who are afraid of dogs and dislike certain odors.

Tom ,loud and clear on the radio said himself that he was upset (yes, you could hear it in his voice) that the no on b brochure was indeed mis-leading. He said he was forced to choose the side of yes on b because of "You People" He never mentioned any misdeeds by the yes on b camp. But, keep up your B.S. and lies as it is driving people to "our" side

Wretch, Sheriff Allman did speak the words of the quote over a year ago on or about March 17, 2007. That was ten months before Measure B came to be. On March 11, 2008 the Press Democrat quoted Allman saying that the quote from 2007 was taken out of context. Get the difference? He spoke the words. He admits that. He has told you not to use them out of context. Out of context is to take words from over a year ago, with all that has happened, and pretend that they have relevance today. The man who spoke those words says they do not. He says the current situation with marijuana cultivation is a burden right now. The anti-bees, with your penchant for false and misleading and downright dishonest statements forced Allman to endorse. He got tired of being used by you. He finally stood up to the abuse and now you attack him for that and say he is weak and unprincipled. Did you catch that mirror image?

In the interview in March he confirms that the statements are factually correct and does so (basically) restating the same (obvious) facts.

That he caved because you all are a bunch of nasty @#$!-holes and you probably pestered him all day long lying to him about how you 'misunderstood' those NASTY, LYING, No-on-B people.

I understand where you are coming from (victory at all costs, even honor's).

But it's just a flat-out lie to call that mailer a lie if it had the statement that Tom was neutral. You can say it's 'misleading' but not a 'lie'.

I really think your side could use both a dictionary and a thesaurus.

Most of your sides' lies are now dissected pretty well. The post's been up three hours, and not a ONE of you has touched it.

What's the matter? Afraid? Here's the link:

I'll keep posting it in my other responses, too, just so that it's clear you're avoiding it.

Just as Mexicans are being rounded up; and deported in front of their crying children today, a similar fate awaits environmentalists, pot smokers and political progressives in Mendocino County as far as the Radical Right is concerned. Those pro-B Liberals are complicit in their own undoing.

So at tonights city council meeting people seemed to agree that the streets of Ukiah need some improvement, especially in certain ares, where several residents complained of pot holes and poor driving conditions. Only to find the council tell them that it's not the city of Ukiah that has bad roads, but every city in California, and they don't have the money to fix it.

I asked the fellow from the roads how much it would take to fix the problem, to which he had no idea, yet he agreed when I asked if they needed more funds to apply the correct solutions. I then offered them a way in which they could get these extra funds, and pointed out the 100 million the state collected in sales tax as an exmple of how this already is working, and can work for Ukiah and Mendocino county.

If measure B is passed, it will only create jobs for narcs, cops, the people that build the new prison and those who work there.

Vote No on Measure B

How it All Came 2 B
Web posted 4/24/08
by Richard Johnson
The origins of Measure B go back to last August when Mendocino County supervisors made two decisions. One was when they passed a resolution 3-2 authorizing 25 plants and two pounds as maximum limits for medical marijuana patients under the state Proposition 215 ID card program. The second was when they recommended maximum buildout at the former Masonite plant and Lovers Lane as study options in the Ukiah Valley Area Plan, also by 3-2 with third district supervisor Pinches in the majority both times.
The first set off a political grassfire on the Republican right, the second on the Liberal left.
Second District Repolarization:
At hearing after hearing, Ukiah Valley residents decried the stripmallification and commuterization of our once rural community. They demanded supervisors reconsider their decision and order more sustainable and appropriate alternatives, having already rejected a proposal by Ryder Homes a year earlier for an 800 unit housing development between Masonite and the Russian River. The UVAP was supposed to do that, not provide a vehicle for even more radical development. Principle targets of this upsetment were first district supervisor Delbar and more especially second district supervisor Wattenburger who had only gained his seat by 7 votes against the incumbent Shoemaker.
Jim Wattenburger waved off all criticism of his swing vote, declaring in a newspaper editorial he had not decided to support the DDR Megamall at Masonite (See MC Independent April 1), but only wanted to "study the worst case." He rejected numerous invitations to meet with constituents live and in person under any situation. In March he announced he would not run for re-election.
But last winter, he was unopposed for re-election, acting like a lifetime incumbent, enjoying de facto immunity for his unpopular pro-development swing vote as Smart Growth bought ads in the Journal urging him to reconsider.
awesome story on racism in Mendocino!

Mendocino with it's beautiful flowers and nice hippy people will be forever ruined if measure B passes!

Because we can set the standard for taxation and certification of cannabis. So, we would also be making a "bunch of money".

How much money? well I have posted that before, but here it goes again;

• 2006 plant count for Mendocino county = 256,519
• Each plant average 4 ounces x 256,519 plants = 1,026,076 ounces = 29,243,166 grams
• 29,243,166 grams at 3.5 grams per 1/8th ounce = 8,355,190.28 1/8th ounce
• At $40 per 1/8th (price includes sales tax), and the sales tax amount at 7.75%=$2.88 per 1/8th ounce in sales tax
•$2.88 per 1/8th ounce x 8,355,190 1/8th ounces =$24,062,947.20 EACH YEAR!

If the CAMP numbers are representative of 10% of the total amount of pot grown in Mendocino County, then 100% of the plant numbers would produce total sales tax (at 7.75%) of $240,629,472.00. This is at 4 ounces per plant. If, as measure B suggests, that the plants produce 1 pound per plant, the number will quadruple to $96,251,788.80 at 10% plant numbers! If you had 100% numbers, then the potential sales tax income would be a staggering $962,517,888.00!
