Hey you POS, for every one of your "going through chemo-gotta have my dope" stories you lie - We can produce 3 that won't or can't use dope - It's called choices - some of you make pisspore ones every single day.and you can sue children and nonprofits for a living kinder ****. One of my family is going through chemo right now and I'm sure the relief is as fake as her cancer. Pretending to not be who you are James Kinder the lawsuit king of San Diego won't make you less of a POS. Thank you for being so against cannabis too, your type usually are.

I am for anyone going through chemo getting all the marijuana they need. That would take a few hundred thousand dollars of grass for the whole State. Wonder where the several billion left over is going. Oh, that's right, to the local "high" schools. And how stupid are you? If I was in jail, would I have access to my e-mail? Grow up, you clown. |

Why not let the Federal Government take care of your problems for you? Guaranteed anonymity and a hefty reward to boot!
"In conjunction its Investigation and Prosecution effort in Mendocino, the IRS is offering rewards to informants on those marijuana cultivators evading taxes in violation of the Money Laundering Control Act of 1986 and section 6050 of the Internal Revenue Code. Anonymous tips can be submitted to the IRS High Intensity Money Laundering and Related Financial Crime (HIFCA)Task Force at www.irs.gov/compliance/enforcement . How to claim a reward: IRS Publication 733 details the regulations for claiming a reward. You must complete IRS Form 211. Your information can be delivered personally to any IRS office, or you can write to: Head of the Criminal Investigation Division Internal Revenue Service Washington, DC 20224 If a recovery is made as a direct result of information you provided, you may qualify for a reward of 15% of the amount recovered including taxes, fines and penalties, but not interest -- with a maximum payment of $2 million. If your information was valuable, although not specific, in determining liability, you may be rewarded with as much as 10% of the amount recovered, again with a $2 million cap. If your information was the originating cause of the investigation, but had no direct relationship to the determination of tax liability, the reward is 1% of the amount recovered, again with that $2 million limit. Using an assumed name If you're not claiming a reward for the information, you can use an assumed name. But if you want to claim a reward, you must use your own name. The IRS is legally prohibited from disclosing the identity of an informer to unauthorized persons. In 2003, the IRS paid out $4 million to informants who helped the IRS pursue 190 cases, which together recouped more than $61 million in taxes owed. IRS statistics show that the agency has paid an average of 2.74% of recovered taxes as rewards to informants since 1967." |

Actually, that's just what the San Diego TV station thought. I wrote to them to ask for some clarification on this issue. They thought the Kinder they were doing the story on was ignoring their request for a comment. They sent him an email and noted that he didn't reply. I would have to hope that a local TV station would know whether or not an inmate would have access to the internet in their own jail. Certainly they would have to suspect that such a 'vexatious litigant' would likely sue them for defamation if they had not properly approached him for comment. I would tend to think that (unless some other pertinent fact arises) that an inmate in the San Diego hoosegow has access to the internet. Of course, that doesn't mean that you are that very same disbarred lawyer who has a penchant for frivolous lawsuits. But it does mean that your protestations aren't valid. Given the set of facts assembled, I would have to say it looks pretty 'stupid' to think that you are ANYONE ELSE than this person. If you have some other 'proof' to offer (say, showing up downtown), perhaps people won't suspect you of such things. But you have to admit it, even if the theory is incorrect, it still appears to hold a lot more water than your insistence that it's wrong. |
You are a small little coward of a person. Love to meet you in real life. People can choose what works best, and for many, cannabis is that choice. A natural, non-toxic, 100% safe herb or the pharma poisons. You are right, some do make bad choices, cannabis isn't one of them. I actually love seeing all the antis get roiled over this, makes me very happy. They deserve to live in their anger. Keep it up, you only make our side look better. Another great season here in mendo, gotta love it. |
|
You are nutty as a fruitcake. Look up the rules at the Raymond J. Donnelly facility where that guy is being held. Not only no Internet, but five phones to handle the 400 plus inmates. They are actually rationing phone time. The place is a hell hole. |
|
This season is shaping up a bit different, don't you think? Daily busts, drones, and plenty of informant cash. Yeah, baby! We are not angry, just taking back our community, which has been overrun by greedy and spineless cowards with no spiritual or moral compass. |

Yeah, all that informant cash tends to make people lose morals. I asked one of the other BeeBrains, and I should ask you, too: How do you feel about that ninth commandment, yano, the one about 'bearing false witness'? I'm not seeing that you've got a compass. Perhaps you're confusing it with the sextant. The compass is the one that always points the same way. I've gotten it down to four basic lies you guys are relying on. Nobody from your side can take those points on (or has, so far). Should I repeat them here? or can you find them amongst your myriad copy and pastes. |

Truth Seeker is wrong!!!
The American College of Physicians does not support the smoking of marijuana, however it does support continued research of the medical efficacy of THC and cannabinoids. The AMA states clearly that there is nothing medicinal about smoking anything. Below are quotes from recently released statements by the AMA. 1 “Of comparable or greater concern, are potential adverse effects of cannabinoids and marijuana smoke on the immune, respiratory, cardiovascular, and reproductive systems, and the potential for enhancing carcinogenesis." 2 “In addition to effects attributable to THC, the chronic effects of marijuana smoke are of perhaps greater concern than marijuana’s acute safety profile. Like tobacco, chronic marijuana smoking is associated with lung damage, increased symptoms of chronic bronchitis, and possibly increased risk of lung cancer.” 3 “The AMA recommends that marijuana be retained in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.” One thing to watch out for is the way pro pot people like to play word games when presenting the opinions of others. If a report says that THC has medical benefits in several types of patients, this doesn’t mean that smoking marijuana has medical validity. Penicillin comes from moldy bread but they are not the same thing, How ever I believe that if moldy bread cost $3,000.00 a pound and got you high, the pot growers would start trying to convince us that it’s penicillin. The contents of cigarette smoke and pot smoke are over 90% similar. One has nicotine and the other has THC. Both have a long list of toxic carbon compounds and gases plus many known carcinogens. The AMA has stated that it would be extremely hypocritical for it to on the one hand condemn cigarettes and on the other hand condone the smoking of marijuana. There is nothing medicinal about smoking or eating marijuana. There are numerous and unnecessary poisonous compounds and no dosage control. The benefits of THC have been known for decades. That’s why we have pill form THC,“Marinol”. The only reason for organic marijuana is for getting high and getting rich. Most of the marijuana that is sold today ends up in the hands of school kids under the age of 18 years old. This has been verified by countless Private, Federal and State Government, Educational and Law Enforcement studies. If you care about the health and educations of children and the truth, Vote yes on B |

Now, who was that babbling about 'short term memory loss'? You posted that garbage on THIS thread, thirteen hours ago. It's still doing a bait-and-switch with ACP and AMA, and you are STILL misrepresenting the ACP position. They encourage research, and decry imprisoning medical users. |
|
They will twist facts as much as possible, they have to. To not know the difference between the AMA and the ACP is pretty sad anyway. But most of the antis don't research anyway, they just spew opinions and can never back it up. When you ask for proof, they will just get angry and insult you. No hard facts, always opinions and lies.

Who said anything about being a "False Witness." I advocate proudly standing up and swearing out a warrant against the illegal growers of a Schedule 1 drug. |
|
Nd you then try to find somebody to sue. You really are the lowest of low. Who sues the Red Cross? You are ashamed of who you are. James Kinder of San Diego, at least clean up your dump of a business. Or have they shut you down yet? People like you remind me of how important it is to spread this plant as much as possible. |

You also advocated just a few posts back that people who were using marijuana as medicine were committing fraud, and that we are doing this to send the majority of the pot to high school kids. |

Well, now, there is proof that the no on b coalition is laced mith Lies, misconceptions, false innuendo and deception.
CONGRATULATIONS No on B Coalition, you forced Tom Allman to choose the Yes on B side because you tried todeceive the public with your little flyer, hoping people wouldn/t read the fine print. Keep your propoganda coming fools, you are to stoned to keep it truthful and honest. Then there is Live and Let Live.... You stated that you sued Prop B and tried to get a TRO. Are you the long lost son of James Kinder? If you want to "Live and let Live" why not let the peoples voice be heard instead of suing us out of OUR say? I know, I know you only allow freedom of speech if it concurs with your own greed filled agenda. You are an I D I O T !!! |

Have another bong hit. If you are seriously ill (i.e. having chemo, AIDS) and marijuana helps you, I will not stand in your way. The problem is that folks grow way more than they personally consume. There is billions of dollars of grass being grown in Mendocino, purportedly for a handfull of the ill. That excess goes into the black market (money laundering) and inevitably makes its way to youth. And that is completely UNCOOL. Since the scene refuses to police itself, intervention by law enforcement is necessary. Simple. |
|
Not my son. Yes on B. |
|
|
Well, the Sheriff now supports Measure B. Remember the tune folks, "I'm breakin rocks, in the - HOT SUN - I fought the law, and the LAW WON... More than six plants and you go to the hoosegow to meet Bubba, your new "special" friend. For you stoners, that's all your fingers on one hand, plus one more. And they better not be big plants, either.
