On Friday morning, a bulldozer piled a mound of dirt on one side of a Mercedes-Benz with less than eight hours to live at the Redwood Empire Fairground's Ukiah Speedway.

This newspaper clearly does not like the UHS so I will mention that the art department and wood shop are displaying art work from local UHS students and they put a lot of time and effort into it. They are displaying today from 12-7. It would be nice to support the students art work and show up for those interested. Not everybody is into monster trucks. This newspaper should be ashamed for doing absolutely nothing to support their local high school.

Shame? KC and her squad? ROTFL, sorry, can't help it. It IS a shame if all they can write about is drugs & circus trash. It might indicate the Urinal is aimed at a low level audience? Try submitting PSA's to kzyx.org and other radio stations. They have a higher level audience - listeners know how to operate a radio... and have heard of ART.

We attended the art show and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have some talented youth in our community! Even our 6 year old enjoyed the drawings, pottery and woodwork.

Thank you UHS teachers and students for your great presentation.
