Just another small medical grow! It is just like no on b said, Measure b will be used to go after the small organic family farmer who is only trying to contribute to the local economy and make a better life for his family and our southern friends. When will the police and DA quit picking on the little guy and go after the big commercial growers that are causing the problelms?

Just a small operation which was to supply 1128.66667 medical patients in Mendocino County with their medicine. How dare you bigots deprive these upstanding people of their philanthropic efforts!

"Think", NOW how you gonna dispute that growers are coming here from all over the United States and other countries?

Lets see, Trinidad, Hawaii, Island Mountain, Oregon and Mexico. I am sure they came here for any reason BUT Growing, huh? Cant wait until "Think" and "Reality Checker" try and spin this one as "Medical"

So explain to me how Measure G would have prevented the LE from making this bust AND how Measure B HELPED the LE to make this bust???

Questions:
What will happen to the four from Mexico?
Will they be prosecuted or just sent back to Mexico so they can return next year and start another grow?

Dude, Trinidad is little north of Arcata and Island Mountain is out Bell Springs Rd. It looks like some big time local boys imported them some help. I was No on B, but these types of operations are out of control. BTW - whats up with the Contra Costa, Napa, and Sonoma Task Forces being involved? Just extra man power?

Pot growing is essentially "legal" in Arcata plus the town is a "nuclear free zone" and there's a bum playground called the Plaza. Check it out.

just guessing, but perhaps the suspects had alternate addresses or other info linking them to those areas, or they were peddling their wares in said areas

The task forces were here because of Mendoino's inability or lack of priority in funding one of their own...as in...we don't think pot is a big deal in mendocino county??? HA And candidly? could care less of some of these fools "china" got broken along the way.

It is unbelievably naive to believe that "lowest priority" EVER influenced a possible law enforcement action against an operation of the size this news story reports. Get real - that is feeble Beeple propaganda that had no effect in limiting LE activities, as both Nishiyama and Noe would tell you if you asked. They might even grin and laugh at such a silly notion.

Good questions, all.....'cept i dunno if he is a grower or just a smoker. I do know his justification of this grow will be interesting, something like

1128.6667 cards @ 6 plants = 6,772 medical plants growing for blind patients here in Mendocino County! CLEARLY WITHIN PROP 215 guidelines!
THATS WHAT THEY TURNED IN

i cant belive you people who are throwing in the medical patients and comparing all medical grows to this one peticular grow. i am extatic that local law enforcement is going after these people, but to compare a legal medical grow with up to 24 plants, thats the max of 4 caregiver cards at 6 plants a card, now how do 24 plants compare to over 6,000 plants and 800 pounds it is my understanding that a legit medical grower can only produce up to 5 pounds a year if there lucky, so how are these the same?. medical grows and industrial grows are not the same, and need to stop being put on the same tier.
