Fight leads to drug arrests

Meth AND marijuana.... hey potheads... thought the "tweakers" and the "potheads" were arch enemies or something? I thought potheads never did any other drug? Looks like the influx of stories that involve meth AND pot have put a damper on that argument.

When are you all going to admit it, there is no drug problem there...... Everything is because the cops made it happen, marijuana is not a gateway drug, the people who run the city/county are on drugs etc... etc... (Please read the sarcasm)

The problem is there are many people around here that say something close to what you said and they mean it.

you can expect ukiah mom and a few others to run their mouth every time this propaganda paper prints another pointless story like this. They are desperate to be right and use their absurd arguments to make themselves feel better. No reason to argue with them. Nobody cares if they want growers to exist or not. Prop. B is just a waste of time whether it passes or not. Let them live in their fantasy worlds full of paranoia and anger and just enjoy some good mendo herb. That's my strategy and it sure works well.

I believe that the meth/pot connection argument would be classified as a fallacy. Using this kind of logic you can make almost any connection.

One could say, "Well Bob chews gum, but he also does heroin. Therefore everyone who chews gum, uses heroin." While it may be true that many heroin users chew gum, most gum chewers don't use heroin. It's just a bogus argument...

It really doesn't make any difference how you vote. Does it? The federal government can just walk in and overturn our votes at their discretion, and on a whim. Democracy? Could have fooled me!!! Maybe more of us should stop voting until the federal government is stopped from ever again having the right to overturn our votes, leaving our voices unheard.

More than half the money that comes from pot, comes from kids under the age of 18. It makes no sense to use pot profits to help education because way over half of the pot profits come from kids pockets while it's hurting their education. It's the same as saying lets disassemble education to help education. This sounds like typical pot grower thinking. Pot grower thinking is like military intelligence. Only a grower would say "Lets turn the kids minds off and take their lunch money to help education.

The only thing worse than the convoluted logic of the pot growers is convoluted logic that is listened to and believed.

Measure B will not restrict those who have a valid need for THC. It will only restrict those who are making huge amounts of cash by poisoning our kids with illegal drugs and hurting their education.
