Ok, we have 2 candidates for district 4. One who is a supervisor already, one who is not. Paula Deeter, who owned a dispensary in Ft. Bragg, who does not smoke pot herself. Kendall Smith, currently the 4th district supervisor, who pads her expense account in order to steal money from the county.
