He also liked to party, he also loved his daughter and loved spending time with her. He and his ex had over come their problems and were raising their daughter together. The prosecution and Judge did not allow any testimony to be said or read in front of the jury that could help Marlin's case( read the court transcripts) it's true. I just hope it's not you, your friends or family that go before this judge and DA. When the Ref's call fouls on only one basketball team, the other team wins. Sadly the County also, Loses when justice is a sham.

Don’t need to read the transcripts I was there from day one!! Jimmy never owned a gun in his life, there was absolutely no evidence of Jim coming to the door with a gun. The only gun was in Marlins hand when Jim opened the door Marlin shot him. Murdered him in cold blood!!! Why would he need to protect pot plants that were only 2 inches tall I saw those pictures also. I don't have to read the transcripts I was in the court room every day.I saw the pictures of the plants they were young no buds what so ever. Jimmy didn't own a gun. He didn't even own a pocket knife. He didn't need one. What wasn't allowed in court was every thing the mother told the police about how her son murdered Jimmy in cold blood. That's why the Defence told her to hid. The police were looking for her to give her a supeona to be in court. But her statement to the police about her own son was so damning the defence made sure she wouldn't be there. Nor were any of the other people that were at the bar that night. They were on the defence witness list. We even saw the supposed pregnet woman there but none were called. Imagine that. Are you really as ignorent as you sound. Damn thats sad. Your ignorence astounds me. We did get to hear what was not allowed. What was not allowed were the tapes from the night at the bar. The bar hooker (Kelly) was so drunk she was sluring her words she even peed her pants. Another thing that was not allowed was her statement about how her son kicked Jimmy's front door and when Jimmy opened it Mikey shot him in the chest. As a matter of fact Mikey stated on the stand that he knew he couldn't kick Jimmy's **** so he shot him. Some thing else the jury didn't get to hear was CRYSTAL Mayer yelling I RAN UP AND PUNCHED JIMMY IN THE MOUTH. Did Jimmy hit her? No because he was just trying to get in his car and go home. He didn't want any thing to do with Amanda any more and she couldn't accept that. The poor little supposed pregent girl. Check her out on my space. com Under Mandy Oswald.
