If the value is there, it will be grown. No genius to figure that out. What do you do for a living? Does it ever affect others? Did these folks affect you in any way? Oh, Healdsburg is full of it too honey! Rich people grow as well....

Keep busting these **** dope growers. Maybe they'll rat on their business associates.

If they ratted out their business partners some of your friends might end up in prison! You'd be surprised at times how low the top truly is. People you'd never suspect could be the ring leaders. No class or age of people are immune or innocent. Makes the saying..."Be careful for what you wish" even more prevalent.

I live in Ukiah... I "Healdsburg" just popped up when I set up this name. I grew up here and I'm TIRED OF ALL THE DRUGS AND CRIME! If you think it's not a problem here, then THINK AGAIN! If they arrest my "friends" then SO BE IT, IF THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW AND PUTTING DRUGS IN MY CHILDREN'S HANDS THEY ARE NOT MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!
I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOU DOPERS MAKING EXCUSES SO YOU CAN GET HIGH WHILE THE REST OF US HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE DEALERS, CRIME, SMELL, AND THE USE OF OUR TAX DOLLARS ON ALL THESE CRIMINALS.
WHY DON'T YOU MOVE, YOU FRICKEN' DRUGGIE!

AND, JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK SOMEONE DOESN'T LIVE HERE SHOULD MEAN THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE AN OPINION IS CRAP. IF PEOPLE WANT TO CALL A SPADE A SPADE, I DON'T CARE WHERE THEY LIVE. MAYBE THEY LEFT THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY'RE SICK OF THE DRUGGIES AND CRIME.

I agree with northern cali... these people are greedy. I mean, it is legal here if you follow the rules. Get a job, earn your living... and enjoy the fruits of your labor in the evening.
Take care all :P

The wine growers product is not innocent even if it is legal. The wine growers product killed my family in one hit. A hit of a joint does in no way compare to the damage done by wine growers. Conventional drug users also commit crime. The big mass murders lately have all been connected to the taking or the stopping of conventional drugs. I know these growers. There is not much difference between them and the bootleggers of our grandparent days. The wealth of our politicians and past presidents came from bootlegging money. Maybe the growers of today will be tomorrows politicians. At least it is grown in the USA and not China or Mexico.

Sounds like the lawenforcement did a great job on this drug bust. But, what about the other gardens spred through the Mendocino county area? Like the ones that surround me. Funny how the county assists in, and there's enough funding for just enough busts to make it look like someone is trying to take care of this major drug problem. To bad they miss hundreds of thousands of plants throughout the county leaving honest citizens in danger because our local government is scared to put a stop to the drug trafficing. Good job to all of you that sit back and ignore the problems, smoke your weed, and refuse to admit that there is a dangerous problem.

All those who started growing in their backyards no matter who they are, they're the problem. Why is it no one can figure out that it's either all or nothing. If we're going to have these drugs for so called medical purposes then why doesn't the darn FDA regulate them? Maybe if they tax this stuff we wouldn't have a 16 billion dollar deficit in California.

wow you must think you're real smart. Hate to say this dippy but alcohol is regulated and taxed. at least there is some moeny going back into the system. Besides that the wine growers pay taxes, pay their workers who usually pay taxes, and are usualy pretty darn honest citizens. Drug growers, pay no taxes, don't pay workers that ever pay taxes, and are not honest citizens. These people put us all in danger. I really like looking across the fence at my mexican neighbor packing around his AK-47. which I highly doubt is a legally purchased firearm, since my neighbor is a illegal mexican. If you can get a job and pay taxes like the rest of us then move to mexico and enjoy their health care and government.

everyone should read the Emperor wares no clothes by Jack Herer to get a whole view of the cannabis story. Prohibition is huge money, and the master of all inflation. War stimulates economy right? Joe Shmo just worked an hour to pay for that doobie people.

Well, I suppose the grape growers are paying mexicans for most of the grunt work. That money rarely stays in the area...lol But the pot growers pay there workers and it is improving your economy in mendo, plain and simple! Hey tired of all the dope, did the growers rob your house?? Seems like a grower would be busy growing and a serious lowlife(tweeker or alcoholic) would have the chance and motivation to rob your house. You know what the wine dealer did do your saucy **** from healdsburg; it killed hundreds of thousands of individuals and raised property to the point where if your not growing herb you can't afford your mtg!!! Pot growers are helping people, according to state law. If it federally changed would you be happy?? Or would you still have a carrot up your arse??

oh yeah wrote: Pot growers are helping people, according to state law. Wrong. State law does not allow them to make a profit. If they are selling what is claimed to be "compassionate" marijuana at a profit not only are they violating state law but the principles of compassion.

State law also does not dictate that one lose money to provide the herb. You ever checked out a big grow for patients?? Much dinero goes to power and materials, the grower under the state law has the right to recoop the expenses. Not to mention the time and energy that goes into it, maybe if our govt. would fund these growrooms we wouldn't have this problem, you think?
|
|
oh yeah

You do know that the Federal govt. has ten or so patients that get fed pot from mississipi. Paid for by your taxes, mabye the govt. knows that it makes a good medicine or they would scrap the federal program altogether. I know they don't accept new patients but why keep the program open if there's no accepted medical benefit? Why do they waste federal taxes to grow pot at a university in mississipi? Compassion could be an answer; or if they closed off those patients in need they might seem uncompassionate. So vote for the fed. regulation of medical herb and leave the people alone for following a state law in the state they live in.
