Well said. I'm glad to see other people are getting annoyed with how Watcher tries to use children to push his agenda and manipulate facts, even when it is very obvious he cares and knows nothing about the kids around here.

The great thing about this blog thing is all the greedy drug dealers read this stuff and comment. I see a lot of No on B comments and their reasons for wanting marijuana to stay, all illegal reasons, profit, wether it be by individuals or goverment, profit on marijuana is illegal.

I know a lot of people that were mislead with measure G when voting years ago. Most thought it was the right thing to do for the very ill, not for the twenty-year old who has a sore back from snowboarding or riding his dirt bike.

Now most of these mislead voters see the blogs and are now in favor of Measure B. I also support Measure B and hope we can save the county.

Sounds like these kind of events are a kind of a sexual turn on for you Mendo Local. You don't keep a cop costume in your closet by any chance?

But seriously, this stuff is all a game that no side will win. If the cops "win" and put the growers out of business they're out of a job, much less all the dough they get from asset seizures. If the growers "win" then everybody would grow with impunity and the price will drop down to what Mexican weed cost in the 60s (next to nothing), and they'd be out of business. So as a matter of business both sides of a drug war always reach a state of homeostasis..

So expect nothing to change in the next few years, just more titilating headlines to excite all the Mendo Locals.

Measure G does state that sales of marijuana are illegal. If we arrested all those who are selling pot we could clean the pot out of our schools and reduce our pot problem by over 98%.

term exceeding one year.

Perhaps you are not any of the above... but I lay 10 - 1 odds you are for sure convicted of one of the following:

Assault (240 PC, 241 PC).

Battery (242 PC, 243 PC).

Assault with deadly weapon or force likely to
produce great bodily injury (245 PC).

Inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or significant other (273.5 PC).

Willfully violating a domestic protective order (273.6 PC).

Making threats to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person (422 PC).

Possessing a deadly weapon with intent to commit an assault (12024 PC).

Any one of these (above) and you cannot, by Law, own and/or possess a firearm. There are many, many more of these laws on the books, but these here work for you.

See fool, owning and possessing a firearm is not a manly thing. I know a lot of men, real men, messed up and got arrested, convicted. Cannot own a firearm.

Guns are not a measure of manhood. The measure of manhood is controlling yourself son, it's all about self control and obeying the Law.

wouldn't that mean the kids should go to jail, too? They are the alleged buyers, right? Certainly you don't think that only the seller should be punished, but the buyer as well? Equal justice for all parties involved.
