The no on B crowd are the same ones who oppose everything else in this county, so that they can have exclusive rights to the land for profiteering.

Another example of hypocrisy...Ms. Wharff is just another No on B'er using Medical Marijuana as a front to raise a false issue in order to defeat the measure and support another agenda.
Legitimate medical marijuana patients will still be able to possess whatever quantity their doctor recommends. Such deceptive tactics are shameful and the antithesis of compassion. |

what a profoundly informative statement,,,thanks for that....my statement only said that they were brave people to show up at a meeting where they were sure to be surrounded by few supporters,,,as most keep their voices silent to avoid the hate filled conflicts..this is a great county, filled with beautiful people, yes it has its problems,,,what we would like is for you to address the death meth, and stop prohibition of marijuana... Im not the enemy, the tweaks who bust into your house are, the people who teach their children to hate are, to hate marijuana is to hate anheuser busch, rj reynolds, pfizer, cmon man open your eyes |

athe federal gov't failed to learn history and they are repeating history. Prohibition didn't work the first time with alcohol. Not working with drugs now. |
Ah yes, the prohibition argument. Yeap, that legalization of alcohol has done wonders for society. Granted, it took the criminal element out of manufacturing and distribution, but how do you think it’s done with regards to the lives of individuals, families, communities, etc.? Sure, after the legalization of alcohol we barely notice its existence and where we do its nothing but a positive influence. Right... Now, I will say that I personally believe that legalizing MJ is probably the right direction to head (but until we get there we need to abide by the law). I think it is far less destructive than alcohol. However, all drugs??? Na, can’t make that leap. |
