Let see: Convicted of attempted murder - shot someone in the back. Does the DA really need to ask the public's opinion? Her job is to put, and keep, criminals in prison.

before you go spouting off about a case you obviously know nothing about. maybe i can enlighten you a little. for one, this happened in 1993, not 95. for two, the codefendant in this case which is the brother ran off on the run for 5 years. until he was pulled over and arrested. he got 5 years in prison. he did 2and a half years. the other brother which is carl received life without parole plus 5 years. he stuck around, the other brother did not. the brother who went on the run has been off parole for a couple of years now. carl has been incarcerated for 13 years in july. so you tell me where is the justice in our so called legal system?
