Ukiah man suspected of sexual assault

if i recall correctly this is not a woman that this happened to, but a little girl that is saying this happened.

Why is this mother attempting to visit this monster in jail? The sister sounds like a monster too! I'm sure UPD is doing a fine job investigating the other allegations that the victim as well as a younger sibling accused this man of "inappropriate touches" a while ago which resulted in these children stating that they lied to get this man in trouble. Nanna you sound like a very loving grandmother who I'm most certain has been to your daghter and grandchilds aid in Ukiah every step of the way. You sound like an astounding parent, your daughter is lucky to have been raised by you!

Browneyes - The mother has never went to visit chris in jail, nor did she go to the court house for his first arraignment. Only after going with several supporters was she able to go to the court house on his second arraignment. She did not look at him as he walked out, crying and apologizing in front of her. And for the "sister" you really have no clue what your talking about. These girls are the sweetest girls, you'll ever meet. I have no clue where you would get that she is a monster!!
It's so funny how people think they know what the actual truth is in this story. The mother of the child has been trying to leave Chris for over a year now, she had supported him while he stayed home, after quiting job after job. She has reported him to the Ukiah police dept. when he has been drinking and gone to pick up his boys, but the upd would just tell her " it's not illegal to drink, it's just illegal to be drunk" and they couldn't do anything unless she knew he was drunk.
For a young mother with 4 children there was not much she could do, there was no way she could get him to leave the home, because he had no where to go because his family did not want him at there place either, and even if he did leave they shared custody of there boys, and he would have the boys on his own. There's so much more to this story...... people who talk bad about the mother, child or Chris should know the facts .

Chris has pleaded guilty and hopefully get what he deserves.( of course he won't, this poor child has to live with the effects of this for the rest of her life, so does the mother and the other siblings in the home ) but the prison system has its own jury and consequences, for men that harm children.

Lee Chris's sister is a monster not a child as for VCP my name is Tina and I'm a native of Ukiah, live in Chico, alot of Ukiah people do! People talk who know this family and I listen, so my statements I hope are not true.

Fetzer is up for sentencing on Friday 7/11/08 at 1:30. Please show up or write a letter to the judge in support of the little girl victim to make sure he gets the maximum sentence. Not suprisingly he has convinced the mother of the victim that this didn't happen and the mother is not supporting her daughter or following the recommendations of project sanctuary. So she is not getting the support that she deserves as a child of God. San Quinten again afterall he already has friends there!!!

I will send a letter to the judge right away. It's the least I can do to protect children from people like this.

I hope he gets the maximum sentence!!

Sentencing for this child molester is Friday at the Mendocino County Courthouse, at 1:30. Let the judge know that we won't tolerate people who abuse innocent children!!!
