I’m sure the moral upstanding parents of Chris Fetzer, are lending financial and moral support to their grandchildren. Their grandbabies are suffering from their hand reared child. I’m sure the step grandmother have provided a loving cushion of safety for this very young and innocent child whom probably never even looked at anything more than Disney and sung songs in Sunday school. This child now has the memory of a stepfather who drugged and raped her innocent life away from her. But I am glad to hear that the Fetzer’s are a big name Wine Company. Because I’m sure they want to see there grand kids grow up better than there own did. This mother I’m sure is scared and fearful of trusting a male person who may see himself as a foundation of a family ever again in her life. She probably now has no trust. I would hope some of you good stewards of God would see what damage Chris has left behind. People who profess to care about the Fetzer’s should take some acts of love and kindness to this woman and her kids for GOD sake hold them in a secure ring of love. This community should rally for this mother and gather around her in loving protection for the sake of the children. She did the right thing for you and called the police to sort things out. She has put away a person who threatened the community with rapping other children Love her for she is trying to be strong and protect children. This family I’m sure feels torn and shattered by his selfish greedy action Chris gave himself pleasure on a child while she cried for her mother as anyone would.

I’m truly sorry Chris will now know how to cry for his mother as his body is shared by others that only want to please themselves in him.
May God give Chris what he gave this child, No love, No trust, No security, No compassion, and a future of uncertainty with the men in his life.

I agree with Ukiah mom!!! I was totally behind the medical marijuana bill. Then everything got out of controll! have personall y "caught" teenagers (whom I know) smoking pot and told them to get rid of it as I was going to report them (we were at a high school football game)and was told "you can't do anything I have a medical card." Alchol is bad, and it is legal.. we have gotten way too carried away!!!! Do Not Let It Happen with Pot, too!!! As for Mr. Fetzer.. sick is sick I don'tcare if he's drinking or drugging.. he is a sick man and should be locked up for life! Not just 8 years or so and a fine! Horray for his family to stand up for each other. What he did is not what they did!!!!!Everybody who has ever done anything (let alone something so reprehensible)to another should know they did it and no one else sould have to pay for their actions!

She will never get any help from the family here, they are too busy trying to blame the mother and daughter. Really shows how how disfunctional they are, lots of major alcohol and drug problems in the family too. Your right Chris is the master manipulator, be assured everyone in this town knows...serious mental issues. His family knows how abusive he was to your grandaughters, also endangered the lives of his boys by driving around drunk with them in the vehicle. Did any of them call CPS or try to do anything?? I hope your daughter is able to move away from here soon so she can start to rebuild her life.

Okay, I can accept that they don't accept them or the other daughter, but those two boys are Fetzers, whether they like it or not and they should step up to the plate to assist those innocent boys, who are also their family. Chris had his stepfather go and get his last paycheck so that it would not be used to help buy his own sons food and help pay the rent. Why is Chris getting off so lightly after all of his prior problems with the law?

Your daughter doesn't even have anything nice to say about you. Don't you support her car payment, what more do you want from the county? It's just not realistic. It boils down to money with you. I think sending expensive gifts just doesn't cut it sometimes. Have her and her children move in with you if you are so concerned.

Dear Questionanble, For your information, witnessing verbal abuse is not grounds for CPS to get involved. That would have been jumping the gun. It was my hope these two adults could work out their problems. I did not high tail it out of town. I have seen my grandchildren on a regular basis, outside of the influence of Chris Fetzer. You do not have your facts stragiht. My daughter doesn't have a car payment. As for my daughter moving in with me, she is far too independent to do that. She is not a mooch. She prefers to earn her own way, which she has done since she turned 18. She happens to have a job in Mendocino County. It is just that where I live, we as community members and neighbors come to each others' aid in times like this. I consider myself blessed to be surrounded by those that choose to be positive and look for solutions rather than make matters worse and gossip.

hey there granda! i have an idea, why are you not stepping up and taking care of your grandkids. i would have already done something for my 3 grandkids, had anything ever happened like this, or i witnessed or even heard 1 bad thing being done to my grandchildren or daughter for that matter!
