Yes, good job Nishy!!!! Keep up the good work, these creeps need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The real shame of this situation is the innocence of these poor children! They did not choose these parents, they did not choose to take / deal drugs, but here they are with their young lives in daily jeapordy and being torn from their home! I hope they are placed with someone who genuinely loves kids and will take good care of them until the parents are straightened out or put away! Rehab completion should be REQUIRED before they are allowed to even see these kids again!

Glad to see that fascist cops CAN do SOME good, after all. Hey, who knows? Maybe if the fascist cops began busting all these marijuana growers, who are dope dealers, the County would start becoming a nice place to live. Yes, the fascist cops would have to take a pay cut if they did that, since marijuana bribe money would dry up. Yet, one can hope that conscience would eventually overwhelm their need to pad their retirement accounts.

I don't think cops are fascist... the one's I personally know are not. We need to change our laws so they can enforce them. Also, why bother enforcing a law that the DA or a judge doesn't enforce? Everyone needs to be on board with the same goal and same mission or it just doesn't work. That's the problem with arresting and punishing the drug dealers (meth, pot, whatever).

Nishiyama says they've "visited" two thirds of these units over the years and found meth every time. Why is the county/city not dealing with the owners and/or managers of this hole? Start hittin''em with the costs to respond to repeated calls for service. Nuisance abatement through the courts is much easier and less costly than responding to calls for service over and over again, each time making meth arrests. The way in which this problem is being "addressed" seems fairly short-sighted and wasteful of what little resources we have.

"Fascist" is not a name. It is a description. A neame would be, generally, derogatory. "Fascist" is not derogatory. Many people consider it to be a compliment. Depends who you talk to. Personally, I consider it to describe those in government who have bent to the will of industry. in Mendo County's specific case... the marijuana INDUSTRY, and have compromised their responsibilities to the Consitution, the people, and in some cases, their oaths of office, in order to benefit the industry they have decided to protect.

Regarding your views on my credibility... I could care less. I am not commenting to be popular. I speak the truth as I KNOW it. It might not be palatable to some, especially I would think to drug traffickers and crooked public servants. Yet, it remains truth nonetheless.

Hey normal, non-drug dealing people! I usually find that the "he who smelt it, dealt it" philosophy applies, in instances like this. Don't you? I don't take offense. Humboldt County has a meth hot line that can be used to either report making and selling it, or get help for an addiction. Maybe our civic leaders could follow Humboldt's lead and actually do something for their citizens. How about it civic leaders? I know you read this blog.
