Even elderly sick people without families should be able to have it grown for them....I guess you call that commercial. I call it compassion!

"I really could care less if a legitimate patient needs MJ, or even if you want to grow a couple of plants to smoke yourself!" What part of this cut and pasted quote do you not understand, Bob! If someone needs MJ legitamatly, and I mean Legitimatly, then so be it. I do NOT have a problem with that or even the casual user. When I call out "doper's and stoner's" I am actually talking about people in the hills or in neighborhoods doing illegal grows, if you took that to heart, I apologize! I only get angry at people like Duff and Paine as they are not really about "medical" marijuana at all, they want as many people to grow anywhere any time any amount. I am absolutely against that until the rest of the state changes their rules, until then we will be in a potential war zone, just ask the fella from Iron Peak, he knows! If we are going to remain the most liberal on MJ then we will have this problem. Measure G was well intentioned. He'll I even voted for it. I WAS DUPED! Too many people abused the measure, and I am left to wonder if that wasn't the authors intention in the first place. If you look, I have never been "angry" towards writch, reality checker, or some of the others. That is because they post a decent argument, one that I don't agree with but still... a good argument. I respect that and will continue to do so. O.K. a couple of times I posted tongue in cheek to writch and RC but I wasn't angry!

I respect that and will continue to do so. O.K. a couple of times I posted tongue in cheek to writch and RC but I wasn't angry! Lets get back to my original question. Do you want blind people to grow their own medicine? Which will bring up my next question. Should I be able to grow medical marijuana for blind people in San Francisco or Oakland without being labeled a commercial grower? Should I be able to grow marijuana for patients that live in cities or that cannot otherwise grow for themselves, without being included in every discussion about 1000 plant spy rock grows? Here lies the problem. If you want reform from commercial 1000 plant gardens, then you shouldn't bundle them in every argument with 25-50 plant grows. Mc BowWow and many of his kennel mates believe any garden over 6 plants is commercial. How can blind people get their medicine, if others in rural counties can't grow more than 6 plants? They obviously can't grow it themselves and hoping that a family member lives outside the city or has an extra $200,000 to buy a home with an extra bedroom to supply them is rare. A family member that had children would be out of the question as well, as that would cause more complicated problems. The solution is to have rural gardens tended by experienced people. We have that here in Mendo and it is a system that works. I would suggest working with these growers instead of attacking them and labeling them child-poisoning drug dealers, as many on your side have. I want you to understand that 1000 plant garden tenders do little to help the medical community. The spy rock type growers are only our allies because you make them so. I also don't intend on infuriating other medical users with my example, I only use blindness as a condition for the purpose of having a clear issue where participation in the actual cultivation is limited. A qualified patient should be offered the same availability of medicine regardless of their individual condition as expressed in Prop 215 "any condition in which cannabis provides relief" Keep labeling medical growers as commercial and tying them into trespass and forest land growers and you will find it does nothing to stregthen your position. This strategy actually will work against you at the ballot box.

I like Lintott, that thar lady puttin' a thing or two on these here, aint she now, by golly! _S_ Hey, Spart - check this out: from: http://www1.pressdemocrat.com/article/2008082... MENDOCINO COUNTY 30 sign notice to recall D.A. A notification to seek signatures to recall Mendocino County District Attorney Meredith Lintott was filed with county elections officials Friday. The backers of the recall are unknown. They publicized their effort but refused to identify themselves. Of 30 people who signed the notice of intent, only one could be reached by phone. He said he supported the effort but did not know who is leading the campaign. The county Clerk-Recorder's Office would not say who delivered the notice. The notice of intent accuses Lintott of dereliction of duty, incompetent job performance and abuse of asset-forfeiture laws. The allegations misrepresent facts and are untrue, Lintott said Friday. The fledgling recall effort faces many hurdles. It will need to be published, and Lintott must be given an opportunity to respond. The petitioners would then have 120 days to gather an estimated 9,600 signatures -- 20 percent of the number of registered voters. It's not known whether the petitioners, if successful, would seek a special election, which could cost taxpayers between $200,000 and $300,000, according to the clerk's office.

This is really good news!
Would be great to get this on the regular November ballot instead of having to do an expensive special election. She's already cost county residents enough $$$'s
Where do I sign?

ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKEs IN THIS COUNTY THAT WAS MADE WAS LOSING KEITH FAULDER!!! to Lintott. FAULDER FOR D.A!!!! We all haven't forgot you did the right thing and got the shaft as some of all have experienced. You knew the law the letter and spirit of the law as most DO NOT! At least some of us have been able to maintain our integrity and can walk away with our dignity and self respect! I hate to say that if Norm hadn't passed a bombshell would have been droped in this county!!!!
