JK says:

>>>"Prohibition ended about 75 years ago, in case you did not notice. As for marijuana not being "addictive," tell it to the thousands of screwed up kids seeking help."

Alcohol prohibition ended 75 years ago. Too bad we didn't remember the lesson of that horribly failed experiment. Marijuana prohibition will end soon. Americans are waking up from the propaganda blitz and polls now show most want an end to marijuana arrests.

Thousands of kids are not seeking help for marijuana. They go because they are stuck in laughable "treatment" by courts or their parents.

BTW, the secret's out of the bag about marijuana "treatment." This grand program essentially consists of a good talking to. If parents are honest, they can save the money and do it themselves. With the truth, there is a good chance kids will believe them and wait until they are adults to consume cannabis.

At that point, there is no problem. It's much safer than alcohol.

__________
He cares about what happens in our area for the same reason millions of other people are concerned about this area. Because pot from this county goes out to every state in the U.S.A. and most of it ends up in the hands of kids.

Your forgetting that the growers make triple sure that every school in the nation is flooded with high grade pot and if the buyer is too young to roll, no problem they will give you a pipe.

It is prohibition that puts marijuana in hands of school children. Alcohol vendors don't dare because it's not worth the risk of losing their license. End marijuana prohibition, and the same thing will happen. Black market dealers have no incentive to restrict their sales.

One of the main reasons alcohol prohibition was ended is because it was causing an epidemice of childhood alcoholism.

In the Netherlands, where personal use of marijuana is legal, they have half the consumption rate of the U.S.

Marijuana prohibition is a monstrous, counter-productive fraud.

"You're right, all pot growers aren't the same, only 99.99% of them are."
"Pot people are violent, greedy and stupid."
99.99% of the pot growers lie about having an illness that is helped by unlimited pot smoking.
99.99% of the pot growers lie about only growing a certain number of plants.
99.99% of the pot growers lie about only ending up with a certain amount of pot.
99.99% of the pot growers lie about not selling any pot.
99.99% of the pot growers lie about being legitimate.
You're right, all pot growers aren't the same, only 99.99% of them are. "

This watcher GUY aka James Kinder aka HIFCA Tipster Rewards aka

"Sorry if I HAVE a problem with a dirtbag laying on his rear end, growing his way to $200,000 in tax free money, while the rest of America works hard and pays their taxes. Meanwhile, said dirtbag is capitalizing on the exploitation of our youth, while posing as a public servant. Don't give me any crappola that growers pay taxes on their grass profits, they DON'T. Yet they cheerfully use our roads, phones and public services, all paid for by honest citizens. Please do not tell me that they are morally equal to hardworking, honest citizens. They are SLIME, HUMAN WASTE, that are in violation of a host of laws including the Money Laundering Act of 1966."
". As for marijuana not being "addictive," tell it to the thousands of screwed up kids seeking help."

Wrong. If it weren't for prohibition, marijuana would be sold - and regulated - like alcohol. That's the only way we will ever control marijuana. Prohibition gives control of drugs to criminals. Ignore the example of the Netherlands - and alcohol prohibition here - and we will continue to make the problem worse.

Are you trying to say that federal regulation of pot would make all the growers say to themselves?

No matter what the law says, people will be growing in that area forever, unless pot is made legal and the price would drop.
That is the truth!
Nothing can change that fact

We need an intervention here. Our good friend Dave has been overwhelmed by pot grower propaganda. We need to move in quick and give him lots of love, support and hugs.

Dave, all things change, that's why I have faith we can help you.

>>>"Are you trying to say that federal regulation of pot would make all the growers say to themselves?" --- "We have to stop growing pot now cause it's illegal".

No. I'm saying you're NEVER going to stop the sale and use of marijuana. How could you? It's an easily grown plant that is non-addictive and much less harmful than alchol. The people know this. That is why 100 million Americans - half of everyone over 12, has tried pot. And there are an estimated 50 million current consumers.

So, the only question is, what is the best thing to do to reduce the harm and prevent children from consuming it? The lesson of the failure of alcohol prohibition and the fact that legal marijuana in the Netherlands has caused an aging out of the hard drug population AND half the marijuana use of the U.S.- shows the best thing to do is RE-legalize marijuana and regulate it like alcohol.

It's too bad you won't be around to console the 3 and 7 year old kids just taken into CPS today, because mom and dad just got busted for 800+ plants and 200+ pounds processed.

I guess their defense will be all the crap you are spouting? Maybe they should have taken some of their early profits and moved to the Netherlands while they still had the chance.

Well, here it is....the teacher Burrell busted in the City limits of Ukiah. His late nephew Kinney also had his in door grow and was going to be busted by the Sheriff's Deputies when their boss "Allman" called and called the posse off. Humm....Burrell should have been growing in the county limits. Things would be better if we could get Allman recalled. He is not a good person. He is a womanizer, adultress, and pot junkie. To have Measure B be successfull we need to get rid of him.
