At 1,240 pounds, Squeaky takes the big boar contest
Just a few days ago, folks at the State Fair weren't sure if they'd get any entries for the ever-popular "big boar" contest.

The large boar and sow with dozens of piglets is one of my favorite parts of the fair. The earlier article did concern me, and I'm relieved we have a boar.

Emiril Lagasse states, "...pork fat rules!" That's a lot of chops, ham, roasts, and ribs! Grade 'A' prime Minnesota pork. Good job, Squeaky!
