Yup, she will most likely get a slap on the wrist and probation. The double standard in sentencing women in the country is deplorable.

You are kidding, right? I thought women were sentenced more harshly--maybe not in this type of case (and I'm not saying that is right)- but women who kill their abusive spouses are sentenced more harshly than abusive men who kill their wives...care for that double standard?

There are 22 states in America that do not have ANY law that can charge a Woman with Spousal Abuse! Therefore it is not a crime to abuse your male husband in 22 states.

You are Right!..that is the problem.

We have set a Universal Age of Consent in America that in no way reflects the reality of human sexuality.

"We" dont like the idea of our children having sexual relations ("We", as in me included).

Our Grandparents, or Great Grandparents married at 14, 15, 16 years old. Human biology has not changed, and it probably never will. Who did our Grandma's marry...older guys. Who were the older guys attracted to...younger gals. Who were the younger gals attracted to.....older guys.

Right or wrong isnt the issue. This is the human condition.
The problemis the law. It criminalizes males for their attraction, and gives females a pass.

Minnesota law....A woman who did not say "Yes", did not consent. Not saying "no", is not the same as saying yes! This makes every male susceptible to becoming a sex offender,(unless he can audio record her word "yes").

In our culture a male that is accused of a sexual offense gets his name, picture, and easily enough to find, his address published. He is assumed Guilty, why else is his picture published on sites like the STPP.
Now try to get justice when it comes down to her word against his. Unless he has that recording....he will be convicted!

If all the law addressed was penetration...you would be right. I met a guy who touched a breast and did 2 years in prison, and is a registeed offender. Go to the Mens Rights sights...see what the reality is...it should scare every mother with a son, and every heterosexual male.

I think basically as a result of the type of feminazm we have in America, women have wholesale accepted pimping as a national industry.
