The fat lady hasn't sung yet. The realtors have been playing the same tired old song for quite some time now, hoping to breathe some life and urgency into the market place. For sure the time will come when the marketplace will resume some normacy, but it isn't happening now. I predict when prices get back to where they were 3-4 years ago, the buyers will jump on board. My opinion here is worth just what you paid for it! Regards to all!!

What did they do change the headline and start a new thread?
Did a real estate broker write this. The housing plunge is continuing until the prices get in tune with the median income. Its called a market adjustment. |

what you really need is job creation to eat up the 11.2 month supply of homes already on the market.Until the inventory is decreased home prices will keep falling.
