"This is a single mother that has been through enough" Well maybe she should not have been spreading it around having babies she can not provide for. You know she is on welfare, you know none of the fathers are there for their kids. The lifestyle that she CHOSE, is the livestyle she got. These street/gansta/crap lowlifes need to learn you just can not go around threatening and intimidating people. The hardworking, honest people are really just sick of ghetto crap

She is responsible for her life, not everyone else. She made bad choices throughout her life. She also has a criminal record, which includes fraudulent behavior, that is not going to help her here.
I have absolutely zero sympathy for someone like this.

I love to hear comments from people that absolutely have no idea what they are talking about!! Welfare?? The kids father?? You know nothing about her - it would take way too much energy for all of you with your negative comments to really know her. It's easier for you to hide behind your computer and type all kinds of crazy stuff. THE PRESS PRINTS THIS KIND OF STUFF TO KEEP PEOPLE LIKE YOU YOU SIMPLE MINDED!!!! And for all the people that have never walked in her shoes - I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself. I have known her personally for a very long time - and she is not the animal they want you to believe she is. Keep on being naive - someday they might be printing the same thing about one of your family members - I have seen it happen!!!! As for the cop - pretty typical - I know his past first hand also. Pretty sad, but it's the way of the world. Just keep in mind that we all would like to believe that police are here to protect, but unfortunately that is not always the case!!!!!!!!!! There are some really good cops out there, but it only takes one REALLY BAD one!! By the way, her children will be just fine!!!!!!!!!!

WOW, I just looked this chick up on the Minnesota Department of Corrections web site. Unbelievable!!! 38 charges under 3 different names, workhouse time in both St Paul and Minneapolis. A stint in Shockopee. Charges in Hennipin, Washington, Ramsey and Dakota county. This is what our tax dollars have produced. Raised on welfare, living on welfare, producing another generation on welfare. And the cost of her crimes, court and housing her. This is a sociopath. I can not wait for her sentencing, she better get some real time Look it up: https://cch.state.mn.us/ Candyce Jones 8/27/1975

It doesn't sound like she's got a drunk and disorderly assault with a deadly weapon charge in her career. What's also unreported is how many times these same police officers threaten the lives of the so-called criminals children. And how they harass children of "criminals" from a young age telling them "you'll end up just like your father/mother/uncle/etc." Seems to me that this woman (while clearly no angel) was dishing out the same comments but the police have power to do pretty much whatever they want. This support the police at all costs culture breeds a bunch of street thugs dressed in law enforcement uniforms. Cowboys and Indians have morphed into white police officers vs black "criminals". The fantasy of "good over evil" continues...

Sentencing is set for July 28. Jones faces up to five years in prison for each of the two counts.

What I find fascinating is the amount of fines that were stayed. Almost each time she got off with paying $50. Great message the courts are sending there....Well, your fine is $2000, but we will let you pay $50 instead...

That's because she is a poor woman trying her best to raise her children the best way she can. Would not want to create any hardship on her poor children now would we. It can cost the taxpayers untold thousands. She is probably on every hand out list in the area. Poor me, I have children, gimme, gimme, gimme. She better do time! Her kids will go to a relative and we get to pay that relative to take care of them. I really pray they go into a good foster home so they can get an idea that people really don't live like this. The way it looks the whole family and extended family are of criminal element.
That is a cool link huh. All you need is name and DOB. The DOB is the hard one. You can always try to look up a name in inmate locator, if they have done time they could be in there then you can get DOB, then look rap sheets.
