It's all a big joke perpetrated by lawyers at the expense of the tax payer. The tax payer who will have to pay for the prosecuting lawyer and also the lawyer to defend her. The lawyers will then start to play their stupid little game of no you can't use this or you can't use that as evidence, which is their way of job security on the tax payer dollar..
She's guilty! she's a drag on society and with no further fan fair lock her up throw away the key fire the lawyers and be done with this piece of crap.
There is not dumber breed of animal than a human and no dumber human than an American.

I am disappoited to hear about the Johnson's and the Anderson's raising there voices in public over how best to season the Lutefisk. I sure hope they are civil to each other during Sundays church service.

I think here is another example of a cops word over a citizens, who will get off? I think that a cop, chooses their profession just like hollywood stars and then they whine & cry about their safty & privacy! BS you choose your life to be just that! I do not feel sorry for them. Shame on people who ask they kids to lie!

Her associations and actions have been far from healthy. I worry that children are in her midst watching and learning from both her and the many fathers of all those kids. Her alleged threat against the son of the cop is but one in a long list of inappropriate, immoral and criminal behavior towards children and society at large. How could a person in her right mind lay down with a convicted child killer and make more babies? I question the presence of a soul. Too bad the jury can't consider the full picture.
YUCK!

This article only alludes to multiple children with several different criminal fathers. There's no reference to possible additional children with non-criminal fathers or comprehensive grand total:
"...she has *children* with Jafaari Banks, a felon with multiple convictions in federal custody."
"...she has *children* with Robert 'Buster' Jefferson, who in 1994 was involved in a gang-retaliation firebombing of a St. Paul house in which five children died."
Such a beautiful legacy. Cheers!

Why do these departments keep records on officers so they can bring it up in court. Elect more attorneys to burn up the taxes, and make these foolish laws. Police departmens just adding fuel to fire keeping files and exposing them in court. What do the police have a union for. Just a way of keeping officers down, and giving attorneys fuel for court cases. Should sue all police departments and bring up all records of police officers that will cut down on inforcement.

Police officers choose to put their life on danger to protect the citizens of this country, you should show more respect and gratitude for their actions. I don't see you out there trying to do any good for this country. Instead you sit out there on your front porch, shirtless, toothless probably, drink a can of bud light with your rifle across your lap.

[[The most serious was in 1990, when Arnold pleaded guilty to pointing his service weapon at a bar patron when he was drunk and off-duty. He also has reprimands in his file for failing to report to court as a witness, failure to complete required training and for causing several "preventable" car accidents.]]
Sure, the defendant doesn't sound like a spring chicken, but can anybody answer me why this swine is still serving as a law enforcement officer? It doesn't sound like she's got a drunk and disorderly assault with a deadly weapon charge in her career.

Do not get me wrong, I do believe that this woman belongs in prison. I'm just saying that I do not think that I would enjoy your system of government.

Squee, sounds like a regular cop to me. A couple of drunken gun pointing charges here, a few causing some accidents there. Apparently that doesn't matter much to anyone. I have never seen a job with so much job security as a police officer has.

This man will probably be helping to keep you and others safe at the GOP convention when it comes to town. His past is not the issue here, the issue is this nutjob that threatened his son. You have been watchng too much of the Clinton News Network.
