Absurd Absurd Absurd - I understand women wanted to be natural in their childbirth but to bring in orgasms is just absurd.

What a **** topic.

Sure it must be like a big hunk of meat. But instead of going in, it comes out. That sensation is the child passing by the clitoris.

I have two kids, beautiful experience, love them both...however, labor was not something that got me all sensually riled up, quite the opposite actually, especially after the stitches. If I am going to have a mind blowing, toe curling orgasm- I prefer to be on top of my husband at 2 am..seems a little more appropriate.

I couldn't help but laugh when I read the article. I just find it hard to believe childbirth can be orgasmic. It's impossible, I don't care who you are! There is nothing about childbirth that 'feels good'.

I gave birth to 3 wonderful children, all came in less than 15 minutes, and I experienced no pain at all.
As a matter of fact it was quite joyful!

How can a childbirth be orgasmic. I labored for 16 hrs fighting for my life and all I can feel was unbelievable pain and at the end, they wacked me open. Who will orgasm on that one?

I've seen an actual childbirth other than mine, none of them were moaning of pleasure, they were whaling like a lion and they're cursing their men for impregnating them. I don't see any orgasm on that part, either.

Lucky you. I was in bad pain and with complications. My High School classmate was like you and so as my best friend. They delivered their babies without pain at all. And because they didn't suffer during delivery, they enjoyed it so much that before they realized it,they both have 9 children.

So THAT's why my wife was screaming during delivery. And here I thought it was painful for her. Beautiful, life changing experience. Yes, Orgasmic? I don't think so.

If the person loves pain so much then maybe she would orgasm during childbirth. But until now,I haven't known a single person in actual life who orgasm during childbirth. I've seen my mother having a baby since I was 6 years old,she was in so much pain. I've seen more deliveries and then mine. Plus,my family are nurses and mid-wives,no one ever brought home a story of someone having an orgasm during childbirth.

I am very open minded, and if you can make yourself think you are having an orgasim and that helps...more power to you! Myself only 18 and barely out of high school and pregnant, spent most of my tv time watching birthing shows on cable. This Helped! More then lamaz class...That and reading about birth, the process and everything else. Those real life birthing shows and stories on cable teach more than any health class in high school!! On the other hand I watched those shows and when I went into labor, I was ready and gave birth to my beautiful daughter within four hours(natural), as comfortably as I could and pushed for less then fifteen minutes. I swear, only because I knew what was really going on with the process of birth. My next daughter a bit more painful due to induction...But needless to say birth can be felt many of ways and dealt with many of ways. That does not mean that one mother is better than the other!
And for the fathers standing on the side lines...Support your wife/mother of your child! Get the hell over the "TMI" It's What Happens When giving birth. Women can get over it! It's birth after all..
