I don't believe everything I read, but I do beileve that you are an idiot Childress, unfit to lead an army of ants let alone a football team.

It was reported that Favre called Childress. Your headline implies that Childress called Favre. Big difference.

I remember when Nixon said the same thing. Could it be the end of a "reign of stupidity"? I would think Childress has absolutely no sense of smarts on this or not playing the Rookie Of the Year more in the first half of the season. Look at it this way, Favre comes to the Vikes, TJ looks to be traded and then chaos results and the Vikes lose even more than last year. Childress is GONE.

Answered well by Childress
I see we have the last remnants of what used to be the packer franchise hanging out on our board again.
The packer train is a total loss and still on fire, but these oddballs still cling to hope like a spandex outfit clings to Rosie.
When they get no compensation from the Vikings, and Goodell slaps them with a penalty for the salary cap infraction, they will be more prepared for the smack down awaiting them Sept. 8th.

Bugs, Thanks for proving my point. The headline online reads: "Vikings' Brad Childress on alleged calls TO Brett Favre: You can't believe everything you read". Isn't "Vikings' Brad Childress on alleged calls FROM Brett Favre.." more accurate?
By the way, my question to you is rhetorical, don't hurt yourself trying to come up with an intelligent response.

Fantisize all you want to little 40, especially if that floats your little dream boat, but the Franchise that has beaten you 4 times in the last two years and shut you and your offensive offence out last year, will be back to tear you up again on Monday night. Ha Ha Ha. Guess that's what keeps the likes of you on the internet, dream dream dream. Here's hoping you don't get shut out again, for all the real Viking fans out there. Oh and by the way, there will be a smack down, but once AGAIN, it will by you suffering it.

I knew that post would smoke the gb undesirables out of their dark crevices. After your favre/thompson post in which you broke down, I thought maybe you saw a bright light and became a changed man. What was I thinking?

The alleged calls were FROM Favre - not TO Favre. Big difference... actually it makes all the difference. You should know that you can't interchange the two. Let's tighten up our efforts, Rick.

I'm a friggin' genius from Wisconsin, just ask me. I deem Brad Childress to be stupid therefore I will insult his intelligence. I will say insulting things about someone I know nothing about as though I am more intelligent. Because, well, I think I am, even though I live in Wisconsin and cheer for the pro football team called the 'fudge' packers. Next, I will speak as though I know more about pro football than all of you because I played high school football in Wisconsin and Pro right, 35 dive is the same is Scat X Right, Z jam, 34 toss. It all makes sense to me because I am a genius. Just ask me. Lastly, I am going to say that Aaron Rogers is every bit as good as a hall of fame quarterback. Because I am a genius. I declare it therefore it is. Idiots....

It doesnt matter who called who if Childress accepted the call. Now if he refused to talk to Favre than its all good.

I don't care how bad our team would perform, I'd just love to see Favre in purple and gold and rub it in every cheddar head's face, every time I could. It would be awesome to steal our arch rivals icon.

Damage Control is Simple if Green Bay really want's it:

All Green Bay management has to do; is release Brett with the dignity and class deserved; to avoid a very bad national image for years to come. It's also the right thing to do for a HOF QB who has done so much for your city.

As each day goes by, more and more people are asking "If Green Bay does not want Brett, why won't they let him play somewhere else" ?

Even children can see through this charade !!!

Guys its a Job!! Brett wants to work and he isn't being allowed, he isn't a posession he is a man who plays a sport for a living and has given more to football than its given to him...let him do what he wants and talk to who he wants...he is not a teenage girl who needs a Dad looking out for him. You die hard football wannabe MF's are a joke.
