Why hunt all the way there, TX has plenty of hunting land. I dont recall pigs being a 'sporting hunt' in TX. Just a nuisance. Give him a 50k fine.

Ask states like Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma about the damages that are about to be inflicted upon the farmer and wildlife. I can assure you that if you truly do understand you will find no humor and the cost to irradicate these animals will easily go into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
