This is a complete joke to me. I can see the Mankato schools choice to ban the shirts but this is getting way out of hand. Those students did that just to upset the administrators, and hey it worked. I have seen way worse. I wore a shirt to school when I was in middle school that said Sheep Happens and no one cared or at least no one that should have cared and I am in my 30's now. These administrators need to pay more attention to how students are doing in their classrooms and the education that the stundents are receiving rather than a mock shirt that only means as much as your dirty mind will allow them to think. The only thing they care about is their reputation. Give me a break.

I had a shirt back in 75 with the Zig Zag man silk screened onto it. I made the silk screen in graphic arts class. I broke the rules by wearing it to gym class. The coach was a little upset but what the heck anyway?

Maybe they should just wear orange jump suits and get it over with.

What a joke! In the Stillwater district they allow and promote an ex-high school softball coach after smacking around, abusing players for years.(Mike Pavolivch) and "leadership" of yours will not allow this slogan???????? DOE Does not care, and allowed this to take place in there joke system.

Geez, your about 20 miles south of where anything goes.

Take a stance kids, do not surrender 5 years from now you'll be glad you did. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

And you wonder why the drop out numbers are higher than the graduating seniors? These kids should be taught the "Freedom of Speech" and should be allowed to express themselves. This shirt slogan is great! It is wonderful. The administration should keep their eyes on the teachers, they swear, demean, hit our kids all the time. High School is a joke. We should ban them all.

Seriously, this school needs to think about what's important. What lesson will these kids learn from this? These t-shirts are a fun way to celebrate the end of school. Lighten up!

Honestly...I don't understand what the big deal is. Wear the shirts to class then wear them to a party then stick the picture of you with your shirt on and a SOLO plastic keg cup in your hand on your myspace page and no one will hire your dumb clA$$ anyway. 'Nuff said...

I agree that there is nothing offensive about the shirts, and I personally think the kids should be allowed to wear them. BUT....IF they are being sold on school grounds, it very well could be school policy that they have to be approved first, and I can understand that (IF they were being sold on school grounds, that is). The kids probably should have checked into that beforehand.

Come on. "Kiss Our Class Goodbye"? That's a bit harsh. Sure the shirts from Mankato are over the line hinting at sex and alcohol, but a play on words, with the "bad" word hinted at being **** is a bit much.
