Dad accused of banging baby's head on table, injuring her brain

When will we stop having to read about parents injuring their helpless little babies this is just sick........ stronger penalties need to be inforced for people that do these kinds of things.

These people should be put in jail. Prefrably with a sign announcing that they abuse children, hopefully jailhouse justice will teach these aholes a lesson.

Better yet, make them wear dresses and makeup and be 'the girls' in the jail.

I would really like to know what is going through somneones head when they are beating the crap out of a child. Especially a HELPLESS 8 month old. This sickens me. I will pray for this baby and I hope she has a successful recovery. Unfortunately she could have damage for the rest of her life because of this dirtbag.

a $50,000 bail....thats it? OMG! This is crazy! On cases like this, there should definitely be a hold without bail, or at least a million or 2!

What a SICK individual!!!! There are soooo many people out here that are not able to have children and then people like this are allowed to reproduce! If he(they) did not want the child drop the infant off with someone that will care for him/her. I hope he NEVER, NEVER is released from jail. You know those guys in jail don't like men that hurt children. Feed him to the dogs!!!

Do people not realize that having a baby means they are going to cry and scream and you aren't going to always get to sleep as late as you want and perhaps your TV time will get interrupted and they can't "party" like they used to? I think some don't, and then they get mad and take it out on the helpless baby. How sad.

please someone kill it now. OH MY GOD! i just don't understand why in our society we want to give someone who is hurting, raping and or killing our kids time in jail when we should just be killing them and making those types of crimes less likely to occur. You go to some countries overseas and this type of thing is a lot less likely to happen because they'll put you in front of the whole town and shoot your **** dead. Where is mom? She never noticed that the baby was hurt previously? In my mind she's just as guilty.
