A lot of kool aid drinking here.

First, the deputy was called to assist former tenants to retrieve a car. So he did not need a search warrant because he was not there to arrest or search anyone. Too much "Cops" watching for some of you.

Second, they were fired upon first.

Third, the deputies could have ended the incident a lot sooner by going in and just shooting the guy, which they had every legal right to use deadly force. Instead they tried to talk him out of the house.

All of this could have been avoided if he just came out of the house and not shoot.

How many people writing on this website were there? Everyone loves playing Monday morning quaterback. Most of you people wouldn't have the ba!!s to ever be a police officer. You guys call the police for some BS stuff like someone breaking into your car because you left your laptop on the front seat or your 10 year old kid won't go to bed. Believe it, you can't make it up

Ok people... The couple was not 2 be on my dads land. There are more shots fired at my dads house than shots going out! The cops did not want my dad 2 come out alive! They would not allow any of my family to see or talk 2 him. There will be a law suit against Anoka county police. So please get ur facts b4 calling my dad and i names.
