Poor Sarah, if it weren't for all those liberals fussing about laws and ethics and other things of no concern she could have been prez some day. Too bad the media just doesn't understand! Guess we'll all have to settle for a nation of laws instead of a fiefdom with Sarah at the helm. Boo. Hoo.

How can you explain 15 false ethics charges against Governor Palin? The ones that need to be worried about the law are the ones making these false charges. Ms. Palin has been cleared of all charges. Her attorney has said she has no legal issues and the FBI confirmed there are no ongoing investigations. The liberals have failed in their dishonest attempts to bring the governor down. The liberals should be embarrassed by their disgraceful behavior.

Nothing like the smell of a little **** in the morning, stating we're a "nation of laws."

So did your little piece of corrupt Chicago machine trash (or his teleprompter) ever settle on a reason for firing watchdogs like Walpin?

If a little **** says this is representative of "all those liberals" and not some lone nutcase in Alaska, it must be so.

http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/2009/06/lea...

The sow is funded by the DNC, so it must represent "all those liberals."

Liberals were successful at bringing her further down, but she got herself to this point!

ANd none of the political witch hunts turned up anything except some travel she reimbursed the state for. You want to talk about liberals and ethics? You mean like Rangel, Dodd, Murtha, Visloscky, Moran, Burris etc. Nation of laws? Yea right. For some.

Whether or not any of these allegations against her are true or not, that is not the issue. Her resigning statement dealt with the number of allegations as a drain on her.
Well, if she thinks its bad now as the governor, step into the national polictical scene. Every detail of her life will be analyzed to the likes the which she has never seen. Her brief foray on the national scene with McCain was nothing.
Sarah just take the millions of dollars that rich Uncle Rupert Murdoch gave you for your book deal and run with it. Make your required tour to promote your book plus a few appearances on FOX and then fade into the night.
In reality, in't that the real reason you resigned was to work on the book and not the other bs you claimed?

Palin provides real american values and is proud of her country. She will bring properity back to this country BHO has destroyed. Another Ronald Reagan and peace through strength.

Our current radical **** President has the economy in shambles, has Obamacare and cap and trade still on the table to kill even more jobs.

The failed stimulus package has quadrupled the deficit. Iran, North Korea and Russia all laugh at this silly appeasing President. What a mess.

You mean you don't think they analyzed or scrutinized enough? I'm not sure I'd vote for Palin. But I don't ever remember seeing a V.P. candidate scrutinized or raked over the coals as much as her. Even after the election. Most V.P. candidates go back to their previous gig in realitive obscurity. It was relentless against her. I'm not sure what her motives are but seeing the viciousness of the attacks on her I myself would have to wonder if it's worth it. It will be interesting to see what she does.

So a candidate running with a 72 year old cancer survivor that 99 percent of the country had ZERO clue about should be handled with kid gloves? She was the one not holding press conferences. Finally when Gibson, Couric, etc., had a chance to ask questions, she failed miserably. Who can't answer a question about what magazines/newspapers she reads?

Which is why Palin was traveling all over the country for fundraisers? Dropping the puck at a Philadelphia Flyers game?

There are some people who become lightening rods for controversary. Some by their actons bring it upon themselves, some just happen to be in the wrong situation at the wrong time. If she had gone back to being governor and not keep putting her and or her family back in the news we probably wouldn't even be having this discussion. Don't you think realistically that resigning in middle of her term for no apparent reason is just a little unusual. Even top Republican leaders can't figure this out.

speaking of pigs, one could do better than BHO.

Lets review Obama's record;

10% unemployment

Quadrupled deficit

Iran, North Korea firing bombs

Failed stimulus package

Dow that can't get over 8,500 points and just stinks

Cap and trade taxes for all of us rich, poor and middle class

"change we can believe in"

You mean like it was above his pay grade? And your pick was Biden? Please. Let's go there. Mr. Gaffe himself. The guy who is in charge of the stimulus
Vice President Joe Biden said on a Monday conference call with reporters that it was “above [his] pay grade” to explain in detail the methodology the White House uses to estimate the number of jobs created or saved by the economic stimulus legislation, but stressed that there had been no “reasonable” challenges to the estimates.

“I’m sorry I’m not an economist,” Biden said as he was describing the methodology.“My background is foreign policy and the constitution.

That's just one of many. Perhaps Biden and Obama Mr.57 states should have had the same kind of attention from the press.

Not sure why she did it either. My point was that she did recieve massive amount of press negative and positive. You asserted that "Every detail of her life will be analyzed to the likes the which she has never seen. Her brief foray on the national scene with McCain was nothing."

I think it pretty much was. I also think that peoples kids should be off limits. Sadly they didn't afford Gov. Palin that same courtesy. Like I said. I'm not a huge supporter of her. There's things I like and dislike about her. But the media continually was looking to destroy her. So perhaps she resigned because of that or she has designs on higher office I don't know. I don't think she helped her case by resigning.
