This POS is considered "By Law" the same as an Immature 19 year old Camp Counselor....
Demand that scambags like this NEVER see the light of day until they are to old to be a threat, and Demand a change in the law that treats stupid immature boys the same as this Rapist!!

He was just released on 5/27/2008, so they are looking for him for failure to resister as a sex offender, thats why he is not in the database.

Good point, Sarah! I wonder if he was born and raised in Minnesota or is a welfare transplant? Just curious, if anybody knows.

Thanks PPD, for some morning laughs, by posting this guy's pic. The Strib did not and I can't imagine why. I think this guy was sitting on the front stoop across the street from my place last night, although the pigtails were not quite the same. Looks kinda like Little Red Riding HOOD.

Good question. I found myself wondering the same about Donald Blom and Alfonso Rodriguez.

My brother......Whitey dont claim the white killer, the Redman dont claim the mexican, so why do you feel a need to claim the Black dude?
I got an idea...Ignore the ignorant Rascists!
And develop a position on the Cultural issues of the Brothers you are so quick to "represent".
I am pretty sure all here that know you from your writings, realize you aint in the stereotypical "mold" of the Inner City Disadvantaged Male

Seriously though. I say castration for sex offenders. Let them urinate from a tube or carry a catheter bag the rest of their life.

How many lives does a guy have to ruin before we lock him up & throw away the key? This man was convicted of terrible crimes in 2000....he should not have been released, supevised or not! ce.

I like the explanation why he wasn't on the sex offender registry list: he hadn't come in after release from jail and registered. Am I the only person that thinks that is messed up? I would think he'd be on the sex offender list as soon as he went IN to prison. Just list his address as Lino Lakes or St. Cloud.

MN is such a pathetic state...allows violent sex crimes, and can't figure out how to provide infrastructure (highways, bridges). Good job legislature!

"Christopher Don Boswell, who had been on intensive supervised release in Hennepin County."

intensive supervised release? HOGWASH another feelgood program, thought up by some jerk, who doesn't have to live by the trash, they keep excusing from punishment.
When they catch him are they going to send him to bed without supper? Wait that might violate his rights....
I know...... let the family of his victim have him for awhile. The police can scrape him up later.

If you go to one of those level 3 notification meetings before they release someone to intensive supervised release, they spend most of the time trying to convince you that you have nothing to worry about. They say they know every move these people make, that they have to get advance permission to even go to Walmart. And yet, there are at least 3 or 4 of these cases every year in the metro area. It is obvious that this intensive supervised release is a joke.
