Fox News survival has nothing to do with view points they stay on air because the Republican Party keeps them on the air. Let's go no further then this, when the Fort Hood attack started yesterday Jerry Springer Beck was replaced by an actual newsperson Shepard Smith. The Republican Party and the NRA made in perfectly clear to every voter that if Obama was elected President he would take everyone's guns. So CBOW did you lose your gun ?

Obama is quadrupling the deficits AND he voted for Bush's big spending. Bush inherited an economy blowing it's bubble. Do you remember the dot com bubble? How about 9/11? And who did he torture that disagreed with the "Republican agenda?" Try to look forward as that is how we live our lives. I suppose it's easier as Obama is a train wreck.

Who says the Republicans are powerless? We kept that weak noneity of a network on the air in spite of thayt terrific competition from msnbc. It must have been so frustrating that the tingle down the leg dissappeared. Oh, and BTW, Glenn Beck was in the hospital with appendicitis, but the net work still outdrew all the competition.

I just was pointing out the hypocrisy of both extremes. Republicans and Democrats at the federal level for years have been saying (in essence) "my plans and policies might not be much, but the other guys are horrible."

If we only knew all the crooked deals made in our federal government by members of BOTH parties we would be steaming mad. Blaming Obama for destroying our country in several months is silly, you sound like one of those twits on the radio or fox "news". Want something to get mad about? Follow the money made by our last V.P.. See how modern accounting methods allow defense contractors to reap HUGE profits and pay NO TAXES. I hope you folks stop electing people in the war business, that right there has really cost us arms and legs ... lives too.

Bush left with $7 trillion deficit. In "9.5" months, Obama brought that up to $11 trillion. But your right, Bush is "responsible" for more than half of that. Terrorist attacks had nothing to do with it. We should have just sat back and done nothing instead.

The reason the deficit is as high as it is now is that Obama had the huevos to put the cost of the Iraq war on the books so that we can all SEE what it's costing. The Bush crime family did not include the cost of the war in its budget and that's why the deficit SEEMED lower then. The war was paid for with emergency funding after emergency funding during the reign of the Bush crime family. That money had to come from somewhere and, with a little bit of accounting magic a la Enron, we had funding for Bush's unecessary war. And please, don't say anymore. You're ignorance is showing.

Eisenhower warned us about the industrial military complex. He originally wanted to warn against the "congressional" industrial military complex, but was advised against it as he had enjoyed a good relationship with congress.

Thats means the government is spending more than it is taking in as revenue. With 10% unemployment there is a lot less taxes the government can capture due to the fact people are not working and no taxes to collect.
