The article forget to mention the BBB rating of F. That's right sara marie brenner famous powell councilwomans business has a better business rating of F.

I wonder if she will get an F-...if that is even possible. trust me,,,,it is tought to actually receive an F-rating from the BBB...she must be as bad of a business owner as she is a ill-informed councilwoman.

Looks like the Brenners may have the IRS on their backs now - they have failed to pay trust fund taxes for their employees - money taken from employees' checks for SS and Medicare - and instead of making quarterly deposits in 2010, they kept the money. The IRS has filed a federal tax lien against them for over $42,000. This means the IRS has contacted them several months ago and the Brenners either ignored the letters or failed to reach an agreement to pay that money. In effect, they have stolen money from their employees. The IRS can attach their bank accounts and even shut down their business.

Sara Marie was so concerned with picking the "low hanging fruit" in Powell - I would say making sure people pay the taxes they owe to be a priority.

Another politcian in trouble in Delaware Co. When does this end. Back taxes, what next. Vote them out in 2012.

Such a trivial thing to pay. Much better to withhold your employees' money and pay that toward expansion.
