Canal Winchester loses appeal, apartments can be built

A March 9 decision by the 10th District Court of Appeals cleared the way for construction of a 112-unit apartment complex that both Canal Winchester Village Council and the planning and zoning commission had rejected.

Because yes the answer to it all is lets build more living space! What Canal needs is less houses and condos and apartments and more restaurants! I'm so tired of having to drive on 256 for things nearby!
