Bush caught on camera saying Wall Street has hangover, needs to...

Someone obviously ignored his request and a snippet wound up on a blog Tuesday by Miya Shay of ABC affiliate KTRK in Houston.

Doesn't suprise me these stupid comments coming out of Bozo's mouth. He is a complete embarrasment. If anybody has a hangover, it's him and we been living with it for 8 years. Give the bird a cyanide pill!

...and by doing that we actually might get back on track.
It's common sense. We're in war and we're getting tax cuts and stimulus checks. Sure, I invested some my stimulus amd paid for bills due the rising costs of everything, but I feel guilty taking it due to the condition of this country at the moment.
Bush is a spending machine and you have to replenish what he wasted. How? Taxes
Money doesn't grow on trees and this stimulus isn't doing jack for the economy.

The people with a hangover are the American people who are tired of 8 years of Bush/Cheney lies, corruption and incompetence.

Bush is finally getting beaten back by the facts, and IT ONLY TOOK SEVEN YEARS...

==========

BUSH DROPS OPPOSITION TO HELPING AMERICANS

WASHINGTON - President Bush dropped his opposition Wednesday to legislation aiming to calm the chaotic housing market despite his objections to a $3.9 billion provision. The House was expected to vote on the bill Wednesday, and it could become law as early as this week.

Under the bill, the government would help struggling homeowners get new, cheaper loans and would be allowed to offer troubled mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac a cash infusion.

==========

After years of trying to force ragheads to become democracies, Bush finally SPENDS MONEY AT HOME.

Meanwhile, continuing his bumbling foreign policy, Bush sends Condi Rice to another ineffective meeting in the Middle East.

I do not know why you would say unkind things about George.
He was and is one of the best presidents we ever had.
Sure he has made a couple minor mistakes, but compared to what we will be getting for the next four years, he will seem like George Washington.
When it actually comes down to the wire, you will see the silent majority of Americans coming out of the woodwork to vote Obumma the muslim infidel all the way back to Mecca.
Man, were you on he dean's list, LMAO!!!!

I think chimps are smart, compared to our serial murdering president. Bait and kill, and oh yes turn off the cameras. How many houses do the Bushes need? I wonder what kind of landlords they will be? Or does Laura need her own place to ride out the next remote controlled terrorist aircraft strike on Shanksville?

I am against most of what Bush has done with this country in the past 8 years, but if any of you bashers read the article or know anything about the financial industry would know that he is actually right on this one. Amazing, but he is actually correct.

Don't buy any of this act. This is corporate welfare for banks and other Wall Street firms. This won't do squat for people losing their homes.

Sure it did, consumer spending beat expectations by quite a bit.
That trickles down to other businesses helping keep all of us employed.

Funny that now the economic system of the country implodes, we have all these "experts" telling us what happened and what needs to be done.
Fact. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, has a GD clue as to the mechanics of the economy. Greenspan didn't, Paulson doesn't, and the idiots at Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae don't either. This is the only place in the world where the CEO of banking or of industry can run the business into the ground and be paid millions in salary in stock options. As an example of the lunacy, Wachovia Bank says they lost billions, and their stock went up. Go figure.
In retrospect, we should have listened to Paul O'Neill, Sec. of Treasury in "02, who warned of the future budget crisis, which led to his resignation.

Agreed! Though it is silly in this day and age for a president to say something publicly and expect it not to make it's way into the media. He should have said it and stood behind it regardless of who heard it because it is the truth.

You moron! Are you so blind you haven't seen how the US has been bankrupted by GWB & the Rrepublicans? This WASTE of a 'war', enabling the corporate crooks to rob our pocketbooks via the price of oil, the housing market pyramid scam, etc., etc.?

And then these pea-brains whine "socialist programs". How about the CORPORATE socialist programs? Like bailing out a corrupt/incompetent organizations like Fannie Mae? Like tax breaks to record prift earining oil companies? You dumb A-S.S!

OK. Name some foreign companies that were run into the ground and the CEO or ex-CEO was paid millions and received bonuses, etc. Give me some examples of something that happens here in the US ALL THE TIME.
