Sorry to disappoint you but Puerto Rico is part of the United States so that makes them citizens.

i have to say i am so happy those people got arrested but as someone said the judges let the go the dea do a wonderful job getting them then the court lets them go what a slap in the face for the dea and as far as puerto ricans being blamed for it well open your eyes it's all races you seemed to read this paper try reading one that other people have gotten arrested and it is true the heroin addicts and coke and crack heads go looking for it if they don't get it one place they get it in another i know i'm a mother of a heroin addict hell he got it for the first time in worcester house of correction thank you for not doing their job to keep the stuff of of jail all i can say is you can't blame one person or nationality it's everywhere from every corner instead of complaining about puerto ricans and bush why don't you try to help family and friends that have addiction to help them selves they really aren't bad people just lost.

If I am not mistaken one of the men is South American and the others are Dominican. Get you facts strait. And if you didn’t notice the police released their names not ethnicity. If you look you will find whites, blacks, Asians and every other race convicted of the same crimes. Get of your high horses. What have any of you done to help? Or do you just complain online because it’s safe. People end up where they are for many different reasons . If I remember drug dealer was not one of the choices at career day . I could say more but I have better things to do.

PR is right,the only reason drugs dealers are taking over is the ones that consumes the drug and about blaming the hispanic people I have seen many articles where americans got busted selling drugs too! what I think is you americans take any chance you can to bring out racism because in big part that is what you people are.stop using drugs and you will see how the drug dealers disappear.

With all due respect, if they are Puerto Rican's, then they are not immigrants. Puerto Ricans carry a US passport. Having said that, I am glad that they are off the streets. That is until on of our fine Fitchburg judges lets them out on their own recognizance.

I feel for you. I too have a close friend who was addicted to heroin for close to 10 years. I tried helping her, her family tried helping her but you know what? In the end it was SHE who finally decide that enough was enough. Now she is doing great. All I can say is thank God for methadone clinics.

You hit the nail on the head. Ask any police officer who they see buying the drugs. They'll tell you the majority of buyers are WHITE!! It was our WHITE government that introduced most of the drugs to this country to begin with.
