Mayor Wong had many plans for Fitchburg in 2008 that did not involve a previously unidentified and undeclared $4.5 million budget deficit -- she had advance warning about the first $500,000 of our shortfall.

I have said all along this sounds like a p***ing contest between the Trustees & City Council. Shame on the Library Trustees! Fire them! Great Job DeMoura, thanks for being so professional.(Of course, that's his JOB)
