This, after Saddam violated the provisions of The Surrender Treaty of the Gulf War, AT LEAST A DOZEN TIMES....EACH TIME THE VIOLATION HAD THE WAR PENALTY CLAUSE !!!!!
BUSH DEFEATED SADDAM'S FIFTH LARGEST ARMY IN THE WORLD IN TWENTY - TWO DAYS !!!!!!!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED !!!!!!!
