Dendahl is doggy doo. He, Pete Domenici and Heather Wilson are the ones who are being scrutinized for making a political mess out of the US Attorney job. They should be slapped across the face with big indictments.

Why not put David Iglesias back it. Yes, he's a Republican, but he was a courageous voice for justice when he spoke out about his firing, and the firings of the other U.S. attorneys. He is a true American hero who will serve us well.

Tom Udall should not be involved in this selection. His daughter Amanda is a key figure in all of the many pay-to-play scandals being investigated and it is a conflict of interest. He will be lucky to escape her shenanigans with clean hands. The media is trying very hard to keep him out of everything but an honest US Attorney will not.

His willingness to "help" Bingaman does not bode well for further investigations. Joe Ruiz, Bingaman's former staff person is in prison for his actions as Deputy Insurance Superintendent. It is also not in Bingaman's interest to have a corruption hunting US attorney.

The political system in NM is rotten to the core. Don't expect honest government and you will never be disappointed.

Why in the world would President Obama pick Brian Colon, who not only embarassed NM with his poor performance as Democratic Chair, but also as someone who sat on Governor Richardson's million-dollar foundation that is now being investigated by the feds?

The big isue will be New Mexico's corruption. The election scheme including its uinconstitutional elements must be eliminated, stricken and replaced with measures of constitutional integrity.
