should moya apologize?
ummmm.. well that depends. does resigning from the fiesta court and then further agreeing to NEVER appear in any fiesta, or santa fe political event count?
if so, then i would accept her apology.
but, it has to be binding.
i don't want to see ANY OF THIS FIESTA COURT'S TRASH EVER AGAIN.
this goes for mora.. chacon.. armijo.. the parents of moya.. the parents of chacon.. the parents of armijo.. and ALL of the male court including don diego.. and de vargas.. and deville and de moines.. and all those other inbred fighting pieces of rabbit sh *t.

She can't even realize that she's done anything wrong. Since her and her gang, er I mean familly, do it "the mora way!" they're probably celebrating because she made a poll. Yet another great family achievment.

From what I understand it was Ms. Mora that was initailly physically attacked by the sister of Princess Chrisina at the Gran Baile. She was further assulted by a Fiesta Council member who tried to physically remove her crown. She was then taken to the Emergency Room. The question arises as to where was the Chairperson/Chaprone of the Fiesta Queen and Court Committee. It is also my understanding that the President of the Fiesta Council was at the baile. Why did he let this bruhaha get out of hand? It looks like these two individual were derelict in their duties and responsibilities. If anybody is owed an apology it is Reina Mora.

Why did he let this bruhaha get out of hand? It looks like these two individual were derelict in their duties and responsibilities. If anybody is owed an apology it is Reina Mora. Taken from the actual newspaper article-"In her own police report, Gloria Trujillo, mother of the princess, claims the melee began after the mother of the queen, Viola Mora, told Christina not to talk to Victoria during the dance. According to Trujillo, Viola Mora then placed both her hands on Trujillo's chest, pushed her and used abusive language. Trujillo says that Viola Mora also pushed her 74-year-old mother and later took a swing at Christina, which was blocked by another person. She says that Mike Mora "shook his fist at her and also flipped off his finger at her." Victoria Mora said she wanted to make her own statement about the events on Friday afternoon, but did not show up for a scheduled meeting." Based on the article, her own comments on this very forum, and that she states her family does things "the mora way", I'm highly skeptical that she's deserving of any kind of apology, let alone to retain her title.

I wouldn't call mora a reina, because she doesn't deserve that title. She needs to apologize to the princess, council, and to the community

the President of the fiestas council should make a decision for a cease-fire and ask the entire fiestas council to convene for an emergency meeting to discuss suspension, terminations, or whatever it takes to regain the respect and dignity of the council. Even if it ends up with the entire fiestas council resigning and bringing in new faces that have true respect and dignity relating to the sacred traditions of the catholic religion. Not even the Archbishop of Santa Fe has any control over this bickering and shameful behavior, but he sure can make a difference by bringing someone on board from the church perspective and stop this nonsense, period! The true fiestas that I am speaking of pertains to the celebration of the traditions of peace not a materialistic war among themselves. Let's get the President of this organization to move on a cease-fire and find some type of good resolution in this community matter.

That's a good idea. Let them fix their mess first and let the president issue a general apology if he hasn't already. It's up to them how they should do the cleanup and repair. I have faith this is a hard lesson that will improve things all around and make a positive impact on that group.
