"Pay to Play", let's call it what it really is. Kickbacks, that's the name of the the game. Gotta wonder why the change in nomenclature, a duck is a duck. And by the way, what happened to all the "Green Power" or "Alternative Energy" initiatives that Bill grounded his platform on all those years ago. I'm not seeing windmills across the desert, are you?
