Oh, wow this is sad. Yet another story involving alcohol and the stupid things we do when under the influence.
Now one person is dead and another will be facing manslaughter charges.

One of two passengers riding on the roof of a car Saturday night in Sunnyvale lost his grip and was dragged to his death, police reported Sunday.
