Mother of accused teen in cheerleader beating wants to sue Polk...

This girl's mother is responsible for turning her daughter into the spoiled, nasty, heartless little brat she has become. I couldn't care less if the sheriff hurt her little tiny feelings. She should have thought of that before she particpated in beating that poor girl. Now her skank of a mother wants to collect a payday from the tax payers. Figures.

I find it ironic that she is worried about fairness!!!!!!!!!!

About the only degree of care the mother and daughter deserve is sound public thrashing.

That won't do. After she loses, she should be forced to fork over a sum equal to what she sought to loot from the taxpayer. Same clause applies to the skumbag attorney. Finally, whip the attorney, mother, and daughter and post it on the web.

this is just ridiculous! Way to try and turn things around "mom"! I knew it wouldn't be long before one of these girls tried to sue SOMEbody for something randomely stupid like this...I'm sorry but I could care less about this little brats feelings at this point when only ONE of them looked remorsefull in front of that judge...one of them was even smiling!
