I work right across the street at GMA. There are TONS of cameras around Times Square. Whoever did this was quite stupid to think he/she wouldn't get caught.

This is a great example of why ALL Fire Departments should have their own Arson/Bomb squads. This SHOULD have been an FD JOB. If it was, it would have been handled right.
The cops just want to get in the paper all the time.
