Connecticut boy dies in boating accident on Lake Champlain

Why is the Connecticut Outdoors fishing tournamnet in NY sate? Is this a NT screw up? Or were they trying to stay away from speeding Formula boats.

"will get to it" and "A question" should be banned from the messages boards. They are clearly preying on boards that concern death. And trying to hurt innocent people.

My sincere condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends at this time of pain and grief.

First off my thoughts and prayers are out to all of those involved in this accident. it is so hard to lose a child.

Not sure if this is the case here or not.

Many towns actually pay for tournaments to come to their town because of the money that it brings to the local economy.

I know this family very well. This was nothing more than a horible tragedy a real sad accident. Dan and the rest of his family deserve the world they are among the most giving and caring people you could ever find.I would hope we will all be there for them at this time of need,I know I sure will. Dan,Diane,Nate,Wayne and Chris our family's thoughts and prayers are with you.

The speed boat was at fault. It's all in my report.

There was no speed boat. I also know the family and they are very loving and special people and this was a terrible tragic ACCIDENT. No one was drunk and for your info...CT Outdoors does tournament trails...they travel and hold fishing tournaments in different bodies of water...just like the FLW and others.
