It would seem to me that if a photo was taken it may show some displeasure from Santa or the groping itself. It appears it is his word against her's. How come it took so long to locate this women? Something very fishy about this story. Maybe adults should not be allowed to sit on Santa's lap. Maybe spouses should not be able to visit while the significant other is working. Did anyone speak to the wife and is she a jelous type? I myself have never seen an adult sit on Santa's lap.I am wondering why they would allow an adult to do this and any adult that does sit on his lap takes the chance that Santa may tell a story. Does her picture show her on the lap, is there a negative? Now we have to worry about sexual harrassment in the Santa business, such a shame.

Amazing, this incident has even made the CNN front page!!! What a great publicity stunt for that woman. National attention now!!!

If she has nothing to hide..then why doesn't she give officials a copy of the picture? When she didn't, that makes her look guilty.
