The letters and e-mails can't go out fast enough.
Also, keep flooding the I.R.S. with photos, names, and addesses of all "the johns" you observe hiring these people. I go with photos of the rear license plate. It's discreet and non-confrontational.

The funniest thing happened to me yesterday. I was at the bus stop in danbury searching for work and this **** picked me up on his truck. He needed someone to paint his garage. When I got to his house in new milford I asked to use his bathroom and he pointed to the woods. I got so mad that I took the biggest **** in the woods and brought back a turd and put it inside of an old shoe that was in his garage. The fool paid me $200 cash.

Awsome! That great to hear that ****. I have a similar story one of the house's i clean on a weekly basis. The home owner doesn't like me to use her bathroom. So I started taking this tea to lose weight and it gives me the sliders. On her schedule day I noticed she was not home so I took a double dose of the tea and crapped all over her toilet seat. On top of that I drank an entire bottle of Patron she had on her bar. Any other immigrants got funny stories? I would love to hear.

I am so happy for them, at least now I know that my tax dollars help keep illegal aliens in this town. Its not bad enough that illegal aliens don't pay taxes in the first place, now our judges are helping to keep them here.

Without reading the decision, this is a travesty of justice. The two parents are here illegally, those that employ them are violating the law and those that rent to them are violating the law. All subject to fines and imprisonment.

The "anchor baby" children are not American citizens simply because of birth in the United States because they are sons of people who are not citizens. In the same sense, that a son or daughter of a foreign diplomat born in the United States, is not a citizens.

The rationale that their deportation would cause undue hardship to the anchor babies is a judge making up the law. Nowhere in the immigration law is anything like that remotely proposed. By the same line of argument, one could argue that parents who robbed a bank should not have to give up the money because it would be an undue hardship on their children.

I think this will be a very important case, and should be argued to the Supreme Court. It has ramifications far beyond Danbury and impacts millions of anchor babies born in the United States. I am not so sure why they will immediately get any green card, but note if the millions of anchor baby children are deemed citizens, then under family unification, a one-year old can apply for entry of its parents. In fact, a de facto amnesty.

The impact of illegal immigration, while having these touching personal stories, is an unmitigated disaster for American citizens. Ecologically it means going from a population of 300 million (far too high) to 450 million in about fifty million years. Economically, it will impact the poorest Americans and send states like California into bankruptcy. Politically, it will mean that Los Angeles will probably declare itself independent from the U.S.(as Kosovo), Reconquista will be accomplished and California, AZ, NM and TX will become part of Texas.

Those who are championing this open borders decision better be prepared to know what they are heading toward, if decisions like this are finally the law of the land.

On 7/7/06, Mexican American professor Armando Navarro, who has organized many pro-illegal alien rallies, was quoted in the Los Angeles Times as saying, "A new majority is forming. Everything will change. The White House will be within our reach. We might have to change the name to the Brown House."

It is also worth pointing out that is a full-time scam run by illegal immigrants and also others who enter the country legally.

Women coming from the Orient wait till they are seven months pregnant, come here on tourist visas and then drop their anchor babies. Then get into the Aid to Dependent Children, welfare, housing benefits, etc.

Also, the same is done in the border states, especially Texas. Why have a baby in Mexico when Americans can pay the expense, and then the cost of raising and educating it through welfare.

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. The Supreme Court nedds to clarify the intent of the 14th amendment. If it allows this decision to stand, our congress needs to amend the 14th to stop this abuse and misreading of the law. By the sounds of some of the comments by the hispanics in this thread, I don't think they have the kind of morals that would make them good American citizens.

In the entire Constitution, this is probably one of a handful of sentences that do not have any wiggle room. The intent could not be more plain: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." They're talking here about real persons, not the corporations that were given personhood by judicial decree.
