Home Schooler: the unions are useless. My daughter is a public school teacher and has had legitimate grievance that don't get resolved. What happens is that the school makes sure that they union reps from the school (teachers) are in the same frame of mind as the school. Therefore, they are stooges for the superintendent, etc.

Go figure.
